I've been considering getting my belt-tensioner wheel colour anodised. Does anyone know of a reason I shouldn't? It is alloy isn't it? It's just that it seems strange that I've never seen an XB with this done; I think it would look great. |

I beleive the sction the belt runs would wear back to silver but I have been thinking of powder coating the bracket and center portins myself. As to actually being able to anodize it, no I don't see why not at all. |

the belt tensioner wheel IS already anodized. i have two of them here in front of me. by the way the bearings thrash pretty quick if you ride in the wet, very easy to replace them, they are 6203, use NTN red seal if you can. |

I presumed it was already anodised. I'd just like another colour. Blue would be nice! |
