bummer. who is going to relocate the bung for you? i cant find a local source for titanium TIG rod here. what shielding gas does one use for welding titanium? are you in the least bit curious why the 1400 dollar exhaust system is unusable in its as-purchased state? no disrespect intended, i am really very interested in the Ti-Force install, and its performance also. Thanks, dean. |

a guy here im in contact with has the ti-force pipe and has been having ecm light problems.turns out its the fan blades contacting the o2 sensor wires....his solution was to reposition the fan slightly to gain more clearance rather than reposition the o2 sensor in the pipework...ill try to contact him to see exactly what he did but have a look at that instead and see if its possible to space the fan away from the sensor...or even make up a new bracket |

For my own, I have the Tiforce for one year and I am still very happy with it - good noise and performances - I had no trouble at all for installation and the fan blades are not in contact with O2 sensor wires. You have to put all in place loose and tighten front and rear. I did not lower the engine. I removed rear shock absorber then fan to access rear pipe nuts. |

yes i installed the same. the stock 02 doesn't hit the fan blades , it sits pushed against the side of the fan housing. so no room for the hi-po 02 is my point. do you have a hi-po 4 wire 02 on your buell with the TI-force. it's bigger. but the plus is you can run a power commander. |

No, I only have the stock O2 sensor with a remapped ECM |
