Daily Direct. I used them to ship from Appleton WI to NJ and they were great, no problems at all and I think it cost me about 375.00 |

I had a TERRIBLE experience with DailyDirect / Haulbikes last month. I will NEVER, EVER use them again! I would recommend Federal Companies. I have found them to be the best. http://www.funtransport.com/ It's a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. They are FAST and RELIABLE. I will be happy to post my rep's name, phone # and extension # on Monday when I get back to work. I know they offer a discount for HOG members. They may offer a discount for BRAG members as well. |

Jeff.....Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Daily Direct. I had them ship a bike from New Jersey to Wisconsin for me in 2002. It was very pleasant working with them. Paint-shaker....if both you and the S1 are in larger metro areas, look into Forward Air. Their prices are great and they have custom crates for shipping. I can't vouch for them but they seem good. |

call st paul harley (MN) and ask for nils. i shipped by bike from MN to NH at the end of last summer, and the vendor he used (keyboard???) was good and inexpensive. btw - my bike is in FL now (shipped down for bike week) and will be there through at least early may. i'm headed down for 2 riding trips this month because its 38 degrees and pouring rain here |

Thanx for all the help... I did choose HaulBikes and hope that it was just a fluke for Niceharleystuff.... Sandblast, I truly gave that a thought, but I have reasons why I didn't .... I'll let everyone know how the Haulbikes thing works... |

Jeff (above) didn't specify what his horrible experience was, but I had a decent experience with DailyDirect. So do followup with your own experience with them. Thanks. |

Federal Companies www.funtransport.com 800-747-4100 ext. 217 I gave them a quick call for all of you this morning. They said that they do offer a discount to all HOG and BRAG members. |

Forward Air is supposed to be good - but you have to get it to their terminal. |
