I experienced what Ingemar had. I almost high sided at low speed. I was moving out from a rode into a median. As I was preparing to leave the median and move back on the highway (HWY 50 in Christmas for the locals) my rear end went sideways for a split second and then snapped back. If I hadn't put my foot down for the split second I believe I would have went down. Lucky I also put it back up fast enough to grab the tank with my legs and hold on as it snapped back. I think back on it and think I must have hit sand, being that road was dry then. Scared the hell out of me. Also, tonight as I went out to ride again I found out, unintentional, that you can pop the front tire in 4th. I was passing someone, because the jerk was taking their sweet time moving over in a lane that was about to end, and as I went to pass I dropping into 3rd gear. Well, as I was going up in speed I had to shift, I guess I must have dropped the clutch because when I let it go the front popped up about 6 inches. That was kinda cool I must say. Anyways, another long riding story from Cat's Weekend of fun. |

I thought you got a flat on the front tire for a second. |
