is there a trick easy way to insert rubber grommet to bottom of airbox lid, |

Use something to lubricate the rubber and a flat screwdriver. |

if your talking about the rubber throat of a throttle boddie grommet then what i do and it works soo sweet is take a small diamiter wire ohhh say 20 gauge wrap it around the grommet in the groove put the lower half down on top of it then pull the wire through works great and no chances of tearing a hole in it from a screwdriver later |

I pull it all above the lip then work the lower part of the grommet down. It is easy to get the smaller bottom part worked on. |

Just did it today because while pulling my spark plug off of the plug it accidently came off on the wrong side. To get it back on you need to remove the airbox baseplate. It's literally a 2 minute job once you know the trick Citified described. |
