Hodakaguy, your bike looks great. What air cleaner is that? The same one came on my bike and I don't know what it is. Mine has oval aluminum backing plate, mounted at a slight angle, and a k+n filter. There is an inner shell with screw, then outer shell velcros on. help, any info welcome. Fred |

Thats the Bartels performance filter. It's available through American Sport Bike and a few other dealers on the Web. So far mine has worked great and I really like the leg room it provides. Congrats on the Swingarm. I was bidding on it also but forgot to check it again at the last. Hodakaguy. |

I haven't been able to get those Bartels Air cleaners for over a year, unfortunately. And it isn't for lack of trying. I can't get Scott to return a phone call, after literally 20 messages left on the answering machine. Al |

There was a nice one on e-bay just a little while ago that went for around $60. I should have grabbed it as a spare. Hodakaguy |

Spiderman, What's a lot of money? Or does that mean you would only sell it over your dead body? PM me if you would sell. Would a Bartels work on a F.I. 2002 X1?? |

Yeah it will work with a FI bike you will just have to drill a hole for the AIT sensor, |
