Bike tipped last Friday while warming up - made the mistake of propping up on a downgrade. Dave's got some parts headed my way to fix what broke. One of the parts was the front turn signal. Can't seem to figure out how it comes off. Anyone have that part of the service manual that can make available? FYI - part of clutch lever snapped off, riders foot rest snapped off, mirror is scuffed, hand guard is scuffed, shifter is slightly bent. I was amazed how well the frame pucks protected the bike. If you don't have them - spend the dosh and get some! |

Joele - 1. Remove the windscreen by removing the four windscreen fasteners. 2. Disconnect bullet connectors on turn signal wires. 3. Remove jam nut and lockwashers on the inside of the front module (behind where the windscreen was). 4. Pull bullet connectors and wiring through the hole and remove turn signals. And trust me, the service manual is definitely worth the purchase price. |

Got the parts in yesterday - thanks Dave! Made the repairs in a jiffy - very impressed with how easy my Buell is to repair. |
