Well ya'll it's only a little ways off. I can't wait. I'm goin' up a day early just to get some ridin' in before everything gets goin'. I'm also stayin' one more day, just to ride around some more. I've got to know that area pretty good, not as good as back home, but pretty good non the less. The roads are so nice, most are in good to great shape. 60 has pavement that's only 2 summers old, and that's some good twisties! This is Shred comin' up 60 in one of the faster parts, I took this picture last summer.

Went to TWO yesterday and ran 60 down and back twice. Perfection! Road conditions were great and only got behind 2 cars the whole time. I had the road completely to myself. I'm off Friday and will be going up as well. Can't wait. This will be a event to remember. |

The only stock Buell's there will be the demo fleet. This is gonna be fun, Friday is lookin' good for some mountain runs, for practice, scoutin' the route, and any other excuse we can come up with. During the week is really the only time to go to the Gap. |

Grovetown is right near Augusta, over on the border of South Carolina. About 140 miles east of Atlanta on I-20, and 70 miles west of Columbia on I-20. |

Dahlonega, is right over the hill from Suches (T.W.O.) There are some nice places to stay there. I'm sorry I don't know of any specific places to stay, mainly because if we stay overnight in the summer, we usually just camp out. I hope ya'll get to come, I'd love to see your bike. I was in the area last summer, and stayed at Vogel State Park ~15 miles away at the other end of Wolf Pen Gap road. Great place to stay for the event because you'd have to ride the full length of Wolf Pen to get to TWO every day. Vogel has nice cabins (note- no TV) and camping areas. |

I got a taste of the mountain air the other day and now I am even more excited. Carving through the roads that I will be leading packs of Buell's down was a great feeling and then turning it up about four notches and killing the turns was a feeling that I had not had in too long. Looking forward to meeting all the Badwebbers that will make the trip and having one Heck of a time. |

Grovetown proper is not too great - but I'm way on the outskirts, more towards Martinez. It's nice out here... And it's not NEARLY as bad as Leesville, Louisiana. Sean |

U4euh, I talked to the folks at TWO today. They said we can ship gear via UPS to them ahead of our arrival. Get Packing! They said the Buell people had reserved all the covered/heated lodging. The kitchen will be serving and firewood will be available for sale. Need to figure out how to get brews. We can bring it but no obnoxious drunks allowed. |

Britt and GT are real good folks and go out of their way for motorcyclists. The one rule I've always followed while at TWO is just act like you're visiting family. It's easy to do, once you're there you'll know what I mean. Goin' up again this weekend for more reconnosaince |

I'm not picky, since my kidney transplant they all pretty much taste the same! I know Mike like New Castle!! Where are you guys staying at? Be nice to be able to group together, build a nice fire at night, shoot the breeze and toss back a couple. Getting stoked! |
