This to publicly thank Dave and to let others know of the great job he does and can do for you too. Just purchased a slightly used 2003 XB9R with just under 2000 miles. It was in need of a back tire. Having lurked here for some time I knew I needed the service manual to do my tire change correctly and not hurt the belt. I also knew that Dave seemed very responsive to others on this web site who ordered stuff through him. I Emailed Dave Sunday night, and he replied promptly. And even though he was suppose to off through Tuesday, he still handled my request yesterday from his home. I did have to wait for him to get through with lunch though, but a little wait did me good Seriously though, any one looking for someone who knows how to give good customer service, I would highly recommend Dave. Dave, again thanks, and may your tribe increase! |

I'll second that about the Diet Pepsi. One Diet Pepsi to deliver my new bike and take the trade-in. You can't beat that! |

Dave helped me with some parts I needed and he also straighten out my dealership about the bearings. To bad they don't treat people like Dave does. Thanks |

At the Intl. Cycle Show a buddy was talking to the factory guys. He told them I purchased a new Buell. When they asked where, he said "from Dave at Appleton." The factory guys told him: "He is one of the good guys." Mike |
