I had my TPS reset last night. Now I notice that when I come to a redlight and pull the clutch in the RPM's don't idle down right away. Is this normal. This was the first the bike had a TPS reset. I stood there and watched the tech do it at the dealership and he did everything by the book. The bike seams to run ok. |

I'd be willin' to bet your idle is set just a little bit on the high side. I'm guessing it's hanging right around 2000rpm. |

Yes glitch it hangs around 2000 for a couple of seconds then comes down to 1100. Should I just back the idle down a little bit. Thanks Chad Rhoads |

Should I just back the idle down a little bit. It's usually a very small adjustment. So, yes down just a little bit. |

I had the same problem, my cable was loose. Check the throttle cable adjustment disks (Near the grip) Could also be the aformentioned idle adjustment. |
