Springer65, good copy. Patience, patience..... Shred, good talking to ya today....finally!!!! Don't sweat the small stuff dude, everything's good on this end. Glitch, you have me thinking once again about wrapping my headers in black. Same material I use for the binding around the heat barriers. I think it looks sweet...... Fran, how goes things?? Everything working out OK? Stealth, I have the tree trimmed down and stripped and sanded. Working on the modules this weekend. Planned on having it done already but spousal unit put the big kabash on two wheeled activities with other trivial nonsense. I still have blinkers and bars and such just sitting in a box wasting away!!! Later all....Odie |

My bike looks sooo nice. All that's left is getting a primary case gasket swap primaries and a good washing. The primary will wait for bad weather. I'll start cleaning 'er up tonight. I rode a very little last night. But enough to say I like the way the bars work so far. They sit about an inch or so taller than the R, and almost just as far forward. I did a u-turn in Mike's street with no problems what so ever. The bars are 30" wide (I think) so I still have the leverage of the original bars. The best of both worlds. I may not have to re-set my settings, but only a good mountain run tell. I'll take some pictures today. She looks a lot more like a fighter now. Maybe a true Street Fighter. *And I was worried about not being ready for March Badness.* |

Glitch: I'm glad to see you're back (in Black) on the road, and I can't wait to see your new setup. It sounds awesome. I have been way too busy for my own good. Things just seem to keep piling up higher and higher. If I can dig my way out tomorrow, I will make it to the cycle show. A well deserved break is in order, and a ride is just what the doctor ordered. Odie: I haven't had a chance to ride since last weekend. Hopefully, real soon, I'll have the bike back to 100% (belt change) for some tuning and playing. All of the parts I need are order, and all that's left will take time, money, and some wrench turning. The hardest to come by lately is time. Ride safe all... |

MAN!....60 was amazing. No cars and very few bikes. I ride the all of 60 from TWO without getting behind a single car and only passing 3 bikes coming the other direction. Its like I had my own private road and could got as fast as I wanted. Coming back I had to pass two cars. Unbelievable. Too bad I was just me but needless to say I was in the zone! It was a little chilly on the hands. It was about 10 deg cooler on the other side of the mountain. See ya'll tomorrow at my house at 11:00. My dad will be joining us on his Screaming Eagle Road Glide. I told him not to be intimidated by the Buell. |

The Rain has already started here and I am not real happy. B_S, I Don't think I will be riding today, I guess I will be cleaning up the bike instead. Normally the rain would not bother me but my week has been really strange and a lot of little accidents keep popping up and I don't want the BIG ONE to hit any time soon. I am following my instincts and staying home. |

Glitch.....Just takin' a stab at S_B any chance I get. It's fun Show is this Sat. Not sure the time. You think those rear stands would fit our bikes? Also, do I need to get replacement bolts, nuts and washers for the rotors: rear and front and the rear sprocket when I remove them? I think I asked this before but cannot remember the answer. By the way, I had a dream last night that I was riding a wheelie and my rear sprocket broke in half. Also, that I rotated the engine and we couldn't get it back together and you guys said "oh well" and took off riding and I had to walk home.....Rude!!!! Guess that means that I'm a little paranoid. huh? This Buell stuff is messing with my brain. |
