Just came back from a walk at lunch, and came across this! Must be Buell's secret exhaust development / test facility (for Canada)?!?! WOW, that's one big pipe...must be developing a really powerful engine to match!?!? |

Hey, that article in Cycle World said something about a new exhaust system for the race bikes that cut the noise level by 10 dB while increasing horsepower- maybe that's it! |

Actually Roadracing World's article on the Hal's Formula Extreme bike said that a quieter system was being developed. Anyone know what happened to it? I also hope Kosco is still going to be in Formula Extreme (so the cool part development continues). xbolt12 |

IIRC Kosco isn't the sponsor for that bike any longer but Rich Conrath of Innovative Motorcycle Research aka www.racingmotorcycles.com is the sponsor now |

Wycked you are right that Kosco isn't sponsoring the bike anylonger but Rich Conrath was always a sponsor of the bike.He was and is the owner of the bike. |

Dana your right, I ment OPEN visual sponsor more then owner. It was Koscos name prevelent on the bodywork of the bike and now it will be IMR's Atleast that is the impression I got. |

Kosko isn't sponsoring the FX team run by Mr. Cronrath? Where did you hear that? It is news to me. |

Kosco most certainly was sponsoring the bikes, and Kosco's owned them. What deal they worked or are working out with Rich for 2005 I don't know. |

Blake the impression I got from Rich in his chatroom was that Kosco isn't a sponsor this year, or possibly not a Major sponsor. |

Actually Dana, I'm pretty good with keeping up on the RRW announcements (not a "board" really). If you'll kindly show me the one where Kosko has backed out of the FX racing effort, I'd be much obliged. |

Kinda added a couple things together Blake.First Barnes on Roadracingworld.com talking no Buell support to Richard Konrath saying Barnes rides for him and Kosco wasn't supporting the bike this year.He also said he could only afford 3 races this year. Also Hal's guys telling me they haven't heard wether or not Barnes is even riding this year on a Buell???I don't know but it doesn't sound good |
