For starters, I am not at work so this is by memory. Subframe 486.00 Rear plastic 140.00 Seat cowl 40.00 Riders seat? Pass seat? I think it totals about 700.00 and change with the Badweb discount. If you are interested I can figure it up for you tomorrow. | ||

Don't forget the battery tray, the brake reservoir, the lock cable, and the body grommets too!  Once I get my total invoice from DaveS and I'm sure I have everything I'll need to finish the job, I'll post a comprehensive parts list with all part numbers required to fully convert the S to an R. | ||

Let's see... About 3 hours so far on the phone with DaveS. Another 2 un-boxing and looking at all the goodies. And I'd say about 12 hours so far actually wrenching on the bike. Of those 12 hours wrenching, about 9 of them were spent looking at what I did. It's a labor of love. The hard part is waiting on the parts. | ||

Dago, keep this string going and post some pics and the parts list when you get a chance. As soon as I get my ••• back from Korea I am going to do the same to my 12S. I am also interested to see if anyone knows where to get a 12R carbon fiber solo seat in the US. ie Other than from Trojan Horse in the UK. | ||
