So, does this hat have a buell logo on the back, 'cause it looks like a pretty non-descript/generic hat for the most part. |

Just got mine. I know I was the first person at my dealer because nobody knew what to do with the coupon. Not a bad looking hat, for free. It does say Buell on the back, no logo though. It's definitely worth the price I payed. |

My screen does not look like that. The free hat offer does not appear. Maybe Buell is trying to tell me something. Maybe for the best, the free t-shirt offer is what caused me to get the Buell I have now. Really can't afford another. |

My dealer was clueless when I went in with my coupon today. I told the owner each dealer was supposed to receive 3 boxes of hats. Said he'd check it out. |

Nope, the dealer had to place an order for them. You had to order as many as you thought you'd need. |

I have a few extras. I figured I'd need to take up the slack. Check your local dealer first but if they don't have any, fax me your form and I'll get a hat for you. I don't know what it will cost to send it? |

Your going to get alot of faxes. Buell dealers suck. Except for Appleton. And a few others, like Topeka, and Mid America who actually got $50 from me cause they had a cool tshirt and nice patches and the only employee bikes who rode to work on a nasty day were Buells. I get so frustrated that this brand has such a nasty, negative sales outlet. Look at me, Mr. Positive. Good night. |

On the coupon, there's a link to find participating dealers. Is this list really only the dealers who ordered the hats, or is it simply the list of Buell dealers? |

Our local dealer was listed and when i got there they looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language. Needless to say no hat. |

Tripper, they reacted to the e-mails extremely fast. I got a phone call at 9:30 this morning and a genuine apology. I'm not turned off by any means, but just wanted them to know that I only spend my money where I'm treated well. Thanks for the help. |

I just drove an hour to find out the dealer listed on the web site as closest to me got everything but the hats. But they did say they would call me and mail me one when they came in. Hopefully they are speaking the truth, either way I'm still buying my parts from Dave. |

AH-HA! So THAT'S why my dealer dint get no hats. I clicked on the participating dealer link and... wait for it..., My state isn't even listed in the drop down menu. Bollocks! The hat is cool. It's the only hat I have that I didn't get sown up myself that I like. It says "Buell Motorcycle Company" on the back and has a small American flag. My dealership forgot they had 'em until I told 'em. |

Picked up my hat last Saturday from Central Texas H-D/Buell in Austin. I spoke with a salesman who said "yeah, we got 'em, go see someone at the parts counter!" Before I walked away headed toward parts, he said I like Buells; that's what I ride-- Got my hat, it fits my fat head with room to spare (7 5/8"; I like it!! I'll be back to the dealership to take advantage of the test ride to get the free sling-- Good experience at this dealer; they've quite a few Buells along with several used machine available. |
