Listed in no particular order here as Description, Part number, Retail, Price X1 Foot Shifter kit, 2001 style, 49042-01Y, ???, $20.00 X1 Shifter Pedal Assy (boomerang style), N0601.KA, ???, $9.00 S2 Footpeg lowering kit, (I think it can move them either down and forward, or flip it over and get up and back), includes chrome shifter arm, 50547-94Y, ????, $20.00 M2 Upper triple clamp, 46016-97Y, $119.95, $45.00 Stock 99+ style footpegs (without mounts), 1 Pair, 50524-96Y, $24.00, $5.00 Clock (for S3's), 68868-98Y, $80.30, $40.00 Piston and ring Kit, T-Storm, Std size, 22676-98Y, ???, $20.00 OEM Brake Pads, Rear Brembo Brake (95-97 models), $19.30, $9.00 OEM Brake Pads, Front Nissin, 98+, H0300.FA, ???, $30.00 OEM Brake Pads, Rear Nissin, 98+, H0301.F, $38.30, $20.00 Rod, Brake Cylinder (s2 rear brake), 42244-94YC, $21.05, $5.00 Touchup paint, Black Magic (two bottle kit), 96014-97YYF, $11.85, $5.00 Touchup paint, Amazon Green(two bottle kit), 96014-97YYE, $11.85, $5.00 Touchup paint, Red Snap(two bottle kit), 96005-94Y, $11.85, $5.00 Touchup paint, Nuke Blue Frame (three bottle kit), 96014-98YYP $17.75, $7.50 Touchup paint, Molten Orange(three bottle kit), 96014-98YYL $17.75, $7.50 Touchup paint, Mercedes silver (95-98 swingarm)(one bottle kit), 96014-94YYR $9.45, $4.00 Touchup paint, bronze Frame(one bottle kit), 96014-97YYK $9.45, $4.00 THe next item gets a little bit more description. This is the Buell S1 Rear Set Kit. I believe it is made by Crossroads, but it is not quite the same as the currently offered Rear Set kit. This one clamps the rear passenger tubes and does not require and frame drilling like the current crossroads offering shown here. The current crossroad kit foot positions are located rearward 2" & upward 2", is for a passenger use to (on an S1???). This is a more aggressive race kit that precludes passenger foot pegs and moves foot positions rearward 4" & upward 2". Otherwise it is similar. All billet construction, includes everything. 70916-97Y, retailed for $479.62, $175.00, or make me an offer. Send mail to Sales at americansportbike . com Thanks, Al (Message edited by al_lighton on January 29, 2005) |

Al, I'll take the front pads, the footpegs and the X1 shifter kit if you still have them. Could you add them to the carbon stuff I ordered on Friday? Thanks Simon (Message edited by SimonD on January 30, 2005) |

>>>>(I think it can move them either down and forward, or flip it over and get up and back), Negative. It has a "D shaped" stud and is "side specific". That COULD be easily modified however. Court |

Court, I switched them around a couple of months ago. They gave me an up and back footrest position but it didn't work that well for me. The height was good but still too far forward - I think the stock position works better in a relaxed kind of way. The other thing that happens when you flip them around is that there is far less metal underneath the footrest pivot pin (poorly explained but I'm sure you know what I mean). I didn't feel comfortable standing on the pegs after that! |

Simon: I understand. You information is accurate, mine was inaccurate. They CAN be reversed, both the "height" and "forwardness" components are reversed. There, we are now ALL clear as mud! P.S. - you owe me an updated pic soon! |

Peter, yup, had two sets, you get one. Trouble is how to get it to you for a reasonable cost. Are you coming over to the States any time soon? I'm happy to put it aside for you. Ted, Clock is yours. Give me a call at work (760-727-2333) to get me your address and CC info, or, alternately, go online and make a dummy order for any old thing, put the words "dummy order for clock" in the comments. Or make a real order for something that you need like an oil filter or some such thing. Based on the mail you sent me, you don't need the silver touch up paint. Curt, Simon got the footpegs first, sorry. So what's left at this point is: X1 Shifter Pedal Assy (boomerang style), N0601.KA, ???, $9.00 M2 Upper triple clamp, 46016-97Y, $119.95, $45.00 Piston and ring Kit, T-Storm, Std size, 22676-98Y, ???, $20.00 OEM Brake Pads, Rear Brembo Brake (95-97 models), $19.30, $9.00 OEM Brake Pads, Rear Nissin, 98+, H0301.F, $38.30, $20.00 Rod, Brake Cylinder (s2 rear brake), 42244-94YC, $21.05, $5.00 Touchup paint, Red Snap(two bottle kit), 96005-94Y, $11.85, $5.00 Touchup paint, Mercedes silver (95-98 swingarm)(one bottle kit), 96014-94YYR $9.45, $4.00 Touchup paint, bronze Frame(one bottle kit), 96014-97YYK $9.45, $4.00 Thanks all, Al |

Drats....I just sent a large package to Holland yesterday. Al, are there any problems with sending paint in the mail? If not, toss it in with my stuff and I'll get it to him. If you can get me Simon's stuff quick enough I'll send it home with his wife. Think she'd be surprised to have someone walk in her office "Buell Delivery...sign here, please". Court |

"she'd be surprised to have someone walk in her office "Buell Delivery...sign here, please"." Just spoke to her..... sounds like you'd be more likely to find her in mid town bars and restaurants than in the office! |

>>>Just spoke to her..... sounds like you'd be more likely to find her in mid town bars and restaurants than in the office! In a city that has 18,000+ licensed restaurants, not all together a bad thing. But, the more I think about it, you want your parts, bring the Kidlet and come get them! Tell her if she needs (I'm sure the folks at her office have plenty of tips as well) restaurant tips to drop me a note.

Pete, Not sure what happened, I'd sent a PM back to you but it looks like it didn't get to you. I just did another, but here is the info in case it doesn't get there. Easiest way go online and make a dummy order for any old thing, put the words "dummy order for paint" in the comments. Or make a real order for something that you need like an oil filter or some such thing. To send without tracking and insurance, which seems reasonable for what it is, it's only $4.00 to ship. I have data in our database for you, but not any CC info, and I need you to confirm it anyway, it could be old. Thanks Pete, Al |

Al, Don't know why, but I didn't get them. I have just done a dummy order for a side stand spring, which I might as well have (hey, it's shiny....). Foolishly I started looking at the site and found some more things I want. So here's the new official order, if you please. Touchup paint, Nuke Blue Frame (three bottle kit), 96014-98YYP $17.75, $7.50 5637 - Velocity Stack Price: $12.95 16009 - Timing Plug with Window Price: $32.95 5932 - Retaining Ring, Exhaust, Evo. All Years, Chrome Evo Retaining Ring. Price: $1.95 (I need two rings please.) Please add those, and the shipping costs, to my card number. Pete |
