Thanks Bart, will do. One thing I regret about leaving AZ was not getting to meet you and ride up north with you fellas. I'm in Comm. My main job is with the MEF FWD G6. My 2 or 3 Marines have to ensure the entire Generals staff is up and running on the Computer Network side. In other words, we are the Helpdesk and I'm in charge of it. |

Thanks everyone. I'm good to go now on gear. I made sure I had enough and we found out today that they "might" give us some more when we sign our weapons out, but they're not sure. I'm good for now. |

I've got an "H-Strap" and belt if you need one... I also strongly recommend getting a pair of the upper boot covers that they used in WWII. You can get them for just a couple dollars from many surplus stores. |

Don't think you'd want to, I'm in Farmington for a few days, this morning the temp is 26 degrees and frost on the ground and vehicles. Brrrrr good thing I brought my thermals!!! Have a cold one for me, and a jagger or two, LOL! |

Spotted a yellow XB9S today on the way out of Maricopa. Figures I wasn't on my bike! The guy probably thought I was givin' him stink eye. No Callahan's tonight kids...maybe tomorrow. Older Brian...nice touch, younger Brian! You gonna be around Friday for a spin? |

We thought wycked was getting new rubbers...shipping SNAFU sent my tire to Virginia...and Virginia's tire to me. Since Virginia is a bit on the hairy side, I don't think it will work out so I have to wait for them to ship me the correct tire out, which means they have to wait for the supplier to ship them another tire. As for Callahan's tomorrow I have no idea whats planned or scheduled. I may actually be working tomorrow. |

Hey, it's cold up here, but believe it or not, the Farmington HD/Buell Stealership actually has 5 XB's AND Buell shirts and stuff! Too kewl, I picked up a few things, and drooled on a few of the bikes, LOL. |

Wycked, thanks for asking. NO, I don't have my XB back yet. I chose exactly the wrong time of year to get hit! The HD shop (rightly) wouldn't order parts until they got the insurance check, which came right when the UAW shut down their plant for a nice, long Christmas break. So now, just over two months later, the last of the parts are finally arriving and I will SUPPOSEDLY have the bike back next week. Not holding my breath. My Valk has enjoyed it, though. Before the crash I wasn't putting many miles on her. The extra protection's been nice during our little rainy season, too. Still, I'm itching to get back on the XB! |

Anyone riding this weekend? I may be able to sneak out. Just tell me where and when, and if I can go, I'll be there. In other words I can't commit for 5h1t, but I'll try! |

Hey Brian, I'll be riding this weekend. If you can meet me at Sante Fe HD/Buell around 9AM on Saturday we can cruise up to Taos and count snowflakes falling. LOL after all, it IS your favorite kind of weather, inclimate!!! |
