GLitch- The mirrors with the turn signals are 'approx $95.00 USD' with $26 shipping. They aren't released yet, won't be till next month and they only come in Black. I too thought they would be quite a bit more. |

A4TR: $121 for a set of mirrors/blinkers is still way too steep for me. Even if they are black |

There are a couple wheels on E-bay for sale. They are pretty cheep- right now. If someone wants black wheels you can pick these up pretty cheep then do like Shred did with his wheels to make them black. Oops there are two front wheels but hey it wouldn't be hard to find a rear later. (Message edited by along4theride on January 24, 2005) |

Is that a dark CX or a CX in the dark? |

What is the point of spending the $$$ to black out a City X versus just buying a black S? Please explain, I thought they were pretty much the same bike. |

You would only need to buy the Air box cover and flyscreen. That is the only way to have an '05 XB9S. The CityX has a 12 air box, 12 throttle bodies and bigger forks. I think that is the difference. Glitch.....That is a black CityX in the dark. (Message edited by black_sunshine on January 24, 2005) |

Delivery! YES!!! Thanks for the update Odie. Would anyone be interested in attending? It'll depend on the cost. But, I'm interested for sure. A4TR: There is no such thing as a black XB9S anymore. The CX is the only XB9 Lightning offered. |

A4TR: The city cross (xb9sx) is the only 9 available in the "s" body for '05...there is no xb9s this year...hence, trying to add the bodywork to get one... |

Listen to Glitch, XB9SX translucid bodywork with paint applied to the *inside* would likely look amazing. Think deep black with about 5/16's of an inch of blue tinted clearcoat! |

LOL...You can always just order them.. Yeah I know but I can save a bunch of dinero if I find used parts. Plan A- (ideal) Get a complete set of used blue plastic and dye it all at once. Plan B- Buy the used tail section I found & dye it. If the it comes out good, pull the other parts off and dye them. Odie is braver than I. I want to experiment before I obligate myself to the change. |
