Picked up my xb12s today from Lancaster HD Buell in Willow Street, PA. I am one happy kid right now. Course, it snowed on my way home and the roads were slick by the time I eased my way into the garage. It's good to finally be a member of the club. Thanks to all bad weather bikers for your advice and inspiration along the way. Now it's time to ride. |

Dave, Thanks again for your help and advice yesterday. I settled at $8500 and didn't try to make the dealer "bleed" anymore than that. He was excellent today (gave me free t-shirts and service coupons) and the head of the service department spent a good 45 minutes going over the bike and answering all of my questions. I'm really satisfied with the sales experience and am confident that the service will be there down the road. Now, you've got some barend mirrors for me? |

In fact, Lancaster HD/Buell still has one black and one red 2004 xb12s in stock. If anyone needs a good deal and excellent service, call 717-464-2703 and ask for Joe. |

Welcome aboard Ted- I also get any service I can't handle done at Lancaster. They seem like a great group. I see you posted on the other thread, "Philly area". I'd like to get together for a ride, but I'm sorry I won't ride in the snow. |

Congrats on the bike Ted. Very nice. I am also from the area and went to school at Millersville Univ. in Lancaster. Now I live just outside of York. Maybe in the spring we can meet up and ride. |

Excellent, I'm glad to know there are some other riders in the area. I won't be back out in the snow, I guarantee it. We'll have to meet up once things thaw out. Have either of you (Cowboyup/Blackxb9) ever ridden in the May Day ride? It's usually the second Fri. in May... starts in New Holland and heads up to the Poconos. Great ride, lots of bikes. |

To answer your question: (Cowboyup/Blackxb9) ever ridden in the May Day ride? It's usually the second Fri. in May... starts in New Holland and heads up to the Poconos. Great ride, lots of bikes. No I haven't rode with anybody yet. I would like to fit a ride into my schedule in the Spring. Just got my bike in the fall used and I need to get tires before I take any major rides. |

Ted/cowboyup/blackxb9 - I live in northeastern PA, and I'd be interested in a ride as well. Keep me in mind please in the spring or on a warmer day in the winter. It would be great for all of us to get together. Chris |
