My dad served in Vietnam back in '69 and spent a lot of his time crewing on the Marine's light tank, the M50A1 Ontos (aka "The Pig" ). He's been getting online more and more over the last couple of years finding guys he served with and other guys that were there, sharing pictures and links etc. My brother and I thought he might like a single place to refer people to see the pics and links and so setup http://www.ontosonline.com which I've been working on all week. It's not done ("Background" and "About us" don't exist yet) but there are some pics and links and if you hit "contact" you can send an email to his new account there. Any vets esp Marines that want to drop a line would be appreciated, he'll get any messages tomorrow afternoon when we "unveil" the site. Hopefully we'll be updating it with other stuff he has over time if you want to check on it. Thanks, Josh http://www.ontosonline.com |

Josh: That is awesome...if he doesn't know about it, he'll be floored when he sees it. By the way, you ever get tired of being told you are a dead ringer for your Dad? Merry Christmas to you, Mariabelen, the family and dogettes. Court |

We're getting there. I made a few changes, he's trying to decide what he wants to do (say) with it. There's some debate over whether it's like a private portfolio to show to a few friends or a 50'x50' display in Times Square. |

For what it's worth, tell him some of his fellow USMC vets are enjoying it and darn proud of it. Give Pops a big Semper Fi for me. Court USMC - 1972-1974 |

Rex, I just dropped my boy off at the USMC recruitment center the 26th. How is it you're proud, scared, full, and empty all at once. He was allowed to leave a voicemail that he made it to Paris Island OK. Prayers for you and your boy while he's overseas. |

Doug: Drop me your kids name and address. I'll drop him a note at Perris Island. It was 30 years ago that I walked off that bus onto those yellow footprints painted on the ground. It will be one of most important things he ever does in his life. Congratulations....you are going to see something amazing in about 12 weeks. Semper Fi, Court |
