So do you set the servo to pull on the outside bar or push on the inside bar

R/C motorcycles do countersteer- I read an article on a high-end electric a while back. The author was commenting on the "wierd" steering where it turned right to go left and vice versa...hehe.

Could he not just use a servo reversing feature? Or was he saying the linkage is set up weird?

I believe he was commenting on the steering design, where the bike would turn the correct way, but did so by countersteering. It seems to me that an r/c bike would take some getting used to. It seems like it would be hard to watch a bike to control it, rather that feel the bike to control it.

One of the bikes I had seen steered by leaning the rider's body. His outside arm then "pulled" on the bar - sorta like automatic countersteer.

Ohh no! Not the countersteering debate again!
