Curious, judging by the name of the thread is the table made from iron? |

well, not pig iron. not forged in a blast furnace and poured into an ingot and worked by big sweaty men into a bar.... but when you twis a solid bar of 3/4" hrs with a torch, a pipe wrench and a vice and wail the ends into feet on an anvil with a 4lb hammer it's still gennerally called "wrought iron" ? right? The inset piece would have been created by the fires in the core of the earth from a mountian the had long since risen and subseeded and was reborn a second time and died again, and fianally blown to bits in it's grave and disected by big smoking machines and sawn with big loud saws and shipped on a big ship and cut up with a CNC gantry router in a countertop shop. |
