Would you paint the tail section side rails too? Amber paint is a dead match. |

it looks nice like that but i think the rails being that color too would look awsome. |

I would do the heel guards, pegs and forks as well. And get the gold CRG levers. |

Paint it Rocco. The silver doesnt really match any of the rest of the bike anyways. |

leave it as it is....doing the rest might be overkill,as it stands it looks good.....might be too much amber if you carry on...........but as always no matter what others feel, its your bike, you decide how you want it to look |

That is a dirtbike behind the XB. I think it would look great with side rails amber. Perfect paint match!! Mike. |

I'm thinking paint it to match the rest of the frame. Like Dyna said, the silver really doesn't match the rest of the bike, but I'm not convinced of the amber there too. The amber is a really cool accent but to do the whole subframe takes it from accent to more primary on the bike. |

Maybe you should photoshop an amber frame rail in there before actually painting it??? Just to be safe. Mike. |

Thanks for all the ideas and input. As fas as the paint it's a secret! Kidding, it's actually Dupli-Color "Metalcast" MC205 Orange Anodized. You have to use Metalcast "Ground Coat" to give it the high gloss anodized look. It melts away regular primer. It's also heat resistant up to 500 degrees. Wait till I get the custom license plate bracket with the carbon fiber license plate frame with integrated LED Amber turn signals done. I'll be sure to post that when it's complete. |

I say paint it, if you dont like it you can always repaint it another color. |
