That's it! You've seen it before. Don't you remember? No I don't 'remember' no such thing. Dammit I wanted that jacket. (stomping feet) You fashion thief!! I thought you were 'The Man in Black' and wouldn't be competition for cool colored riding apparel but I guess I was wrong. |

'The Man in Black' Well I may be persuaded to sell said jacket. I've got my eye on a nice black leather, and this may just be enough to offset the cost of the black jacket. Or, if you see a black Tribal, I'll trade you. |

It's not like I'm asking him to stay in bed all weekend and cuddle. I'd just be happy to roll over and hear "good morning". But he's off at the crack of dawn. And when he finally comes home, all he can talk about is her. Her smooth powerband, her seamless Torque, incredible cornering, and worst of all, how she makes him feel inside. I wouldn't mind so much if he was up that early cleaning the garage, but he's out there having fun with her. A little too much fun. at least if it was another woman I could compete - Triumph Motorcycles AD in my Nov. Adventure magazine. I thought it was pretty good, my brother caught it and got a kick out of it so I figured I would post it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. Certainly not what I would have expected to find in my Adventure magazine. (Message edited by along4theride on November 01, 2004) |

B_S: Good looking seat. Yes, I'd like to see how it looks and feels on my bike. The added height will give a little more leg room and forward lean. I didn't think of a standard seat to accomplish it. Just what the doctor ordered. Hmmm maybe a corbin for Christmas... Hmmm... |

I picked up my bike from the dealer yesterday, got my shock replaced for free (thanks Glitch) and got my Vance&Hines pipe back from the welder. I think I'll be putting it back on tonight, I'm tired of the bullet sounding like someone making fart noises with their arm pit. I may not make it tonight but I will be at the Tex on Thursday. |

Anybody ever find out how well one of the Joe Rocket mesh jackets with armor hold up? I found a good deal on ebay and before I buy it I was just wondering if anybody has had any experiences. I also got a pair of their armored gloves on the way! Ebay rocks! Steve |

Anybody ever find out how well one of the Joe Rocket mesh jackets with armor hold up? Which jacket, there are a lot of us that have JR gear. I don't have any of the mesh gear though. I'm sure someone will chime in soon. I do however know JR gear is good quality. |

I have 2 JR jackets. One is the Ballistic mesh with Armor and it hasn't done me wrong. I went down in my other JR jacket this Summer and slid for a ways, it wasn't mesh but it barely looked scratched. I had on JR pants when I went down that were mesh with armour they got a bit dirty but No tears in the mesh at all. I would recommend JR products!! I think I may have renewed the lease on my motorcycling fountain of youth by buying my Buell. I like riding my Glide but nothing beats the feeling I get riding my Lightning!! I certainly don't feel 40!! Of course, I don't feel 18 anymore either! I've been hitting the wife up lately about coming up for at least the day sometime soon. We're figuring things out and will know something soon. I would like to come this weekend for Clowns little shin-dig but that is too short notice. Soon... I have seen a few JR jackets I really like. I think I might ask Sandy Claws for one this year. Stealth- you can't win for losing!!!! Will he drop it at your door if you're not there?? I hope so. I usually track my stuff real close and if I will be at work when I think he'll deliver I leave a note and my dude just leaves it for me. He's real cool that way. Let me know if you put that thing on tonight! Later all.....Odie |
