watching Timbo blaze the salt just now on TWT explains why he filled my mirrors so persistently on Dry Creek Road during the Sportie Sortie earlier this year... way to go Aaron and Timbo and Erik and JB2 & the Elves and Ebear! |

Nitrogen instead of CO2 eh? I guess that would be "nitrogenation" then? |

Any way to get NO2 into a malt beverage? The possibilities are intriguing. What do you think Fireman? |

Blake when you tap a keg at a Pub, they are hooked to CO2 tanks for pressure. Instead of CO2 you use NO2. |

When I was in grad school a friend from Australia came back one fall with a handful of stouts from various regions, including (if my list is accurate) Abbots Invalid, O'Flanagan's, Southwark, Razor Back, and Sheaf. All rather good as I recall. What do the Aussies on the board think of those? |

You may want to reconsider putting NO2 in your beer. Its rather nasty stuff. N20 would be a different story, though. |

Purchased and has 2,500 km on it in 5 days. You had beter go into training early, not fitness eating real food and drinking real coffey. I doubt Aaron will find any where in Oz that will serve him Waffels with Strawberrys and fake cream for breakfast. Maybe I should send some frozen Roo over to you so you can get the taste for it. |

"Hey Paul, we totally missed out on the Vegemite on toast. What were we thinking?" Found the jar I took in my backpack when I got home you should have mentioned it, forgot I had packed it. |
