Okay, please keep the dialog down to a minimum and post any bike related events that you know of for 2005. Doesn't matter where in the world it is, just if someone on the site here might be interested. Basically looking to pre-plan the 2005 season and wondering what is already scheduled. I know the Laguna Seca races are already scheduled for sometime. Even the Sturgis deal is probably already scheduled. And a whole lot of other big and small events are probably already loosely scheduled. Jerry/Ferris, this goes for your stuff as well, you've wetted our riding appetites with the pictures and dialog, so post some dates and general locations as they become known or roughly planned. So, post them dates here if it's something you are interested in, or if it's something that you think someone else might be interested in. Races, gatherings, shows, events, track schools, anything and everything, post the known date, location, and a web site address if known or at least some contact info. I'll start with these, and if something is passe or old or dead in your opinion, that's fine, don't go, or go, your choice, but here in this thread I just want to know the events and the dates as they become scheduled. Consider this a Master Calender like a menu at a restaurant where everybody gets to choose their own. And I know dates get changed, so post what you know when you know it and if it changes later then repost with the new date later. Thanks. Sturgis, South Dakota: http://www.sturgismotorcyclerally.com/ August 8 - 14, 2005 Laguna Seca, California: http://www.laguna-seca.com/Tickets/ "Details on the 2005 schedule will be released soon." Nashville Buell Jam 2005, Nashville TN: To be determined.... |

Not if you stop in Nashville to rest up for a few days on the way there, then stop in Sturgis or Milwaukee on the way back. It's all in the timing and in the planning. |

That sounds like a challenge!!!!! Well now, See it will take 3 days to get to Chicago so add 6 days onto your trip. Thats the problem when your living out in the middle of nowhere. |

Newfie... You don't live in the middle nowhere, you live in the outer depths of nowhere. You are like 500 miles from the middle of nowhere. If you you were any farther from the middle of nowhere you might be somewhere (somewhere way out there). Blake, On a serious note, is there any chance there could be a badweb calander that people could add events to and search at any given time??? It would be cool. |

Ah but once you have been there you realize a few things, in the middle of nowhere, you can get things that are unavaliable somewhere and People unmolested by somewhere are far nicer and understanding than the people from somewhere I dont think i could live in the middle of nowhere, but it shure is nice to visit from time to time R |

Hey,Bill.I can go and do that too.Sit somewhere on coast, feet up with a nice drink and breathe salt air after a nice ride on really sweet roads,Hiway 1,Stewarts Point Rd,Redwood Rd.,Pope Valley Rd.,Hiway 128,and the lovely Ink Grade Rd that could double as a Battletrax course.Only I can pretty much do it all year round.Don't have to dig out and take a sled---brrr. |
