Anyone have the part # for the ECM for an 03 XB9? My XB was delivered with the Pro Series already installed and the Dealer told me they "remapped" the stock ECM. I was under the impression that the ECM got replaced with the kit? Any other info on what the kit should consist of would be great too! Just want to check what the dealer is doing... TIA Kaveman BTW: Loving my XB! Got a really nice Blast to blast out the door! |

32814-02ya Is the race ecm part number It may or may not say "for race use only" on the ecm but most of them do? You can't, to my knowledge "remap" the stock ecm. Does it have the K+N air filter? Dave daves@h-dappleton.com |

The one that I just picked up from Dave has 32814-02ya on the box, but the ecm has 32801-02ya on it. It's not installed yet so I have no idea if it's right or not and the oem ecm numbers don't coincide with the race one. I have the same bike. |

Thanks for the input. Turns out so far I've verified the muffler(obvious), ECM has "for race only", and have yet to open the airbox lid. Bike runs AWESOME! Only other thing I see is that they left the snorkle in the frame(If I'm lookin' at the right part). Airbox to be verified soon... Thanks Again Kaveman aka Sean |

Tiki, It is the right one. I verified it with the factory. The other number on the ecm itself is an internal, factory number thing. Dave |

I'm getting rid of my race kit. 8k on the ecm, 5k on pipe (small dent) and 5k on the air cleaner. also have a d&d slip on with 3k. I'm puncing out to a 1200 and getting the new force system over the winter so I won't be needing these anymore. |
