Maybe a little late with this topic as most of you out there have a 3 day weekend that started last night but, what are you doing this weekend? Me? Well at 4 pm I will be out of here like a rat off a sinking ship and on my way back to Iowa for the weekend to see Kandie and the dogs for 2 whole days! No big plans, do some grilling and probably ride to CR for coffee on Sunday. Be leaving in the middle of the night on Tuesday to come back to work. Hope you all have a fun and safe weekend! Ride to the edge! Dave |

Survive Frances. Watch that dot that represents Orlando, I am 3 miles south of down town. They are predicting 8 hours of 75-80 mph winds here starting late tonight. Frank |

Just put the finishing touches on the wifes Honda. Might try to get her out for her first parking lot lessons. Otherwise...help a fellow Bueller get his bike fixed; ride around Door County; relax; play with my dog; drink a few adult beverages (after riding, of course) |

Cut grass, clean the house, clean my bike, fiddle with the bike, ride a little here and there. Exercise, work out, gotta take a physical fitness test so I can MOVE out of this bastion of hell and go back to North Carolina. Start going through things we want to keep when we move, etc... Oh, and watch the wife pack for her two week trip to Ocala, Fl and the Outerbanks in NC. |

Sit and lay around and be bored to near death (no pun intended). Wednesday I had a little problem with my blood pressure, I guess the BP meds were not doing what they should... left work with a BP 180/110 and mild chest pains (almost had to call 911 to convince my boss I had a health issue... long story)... went to family DR. the ekg indicated not a heart issue... changed meds to better regulate BP... and told to take a few days off work to let the meds catch up. Told my Doctor I didn't think I could have a heart attack... but suspected by many that I am a carrier... I might cause a few! No biggie... but bored spitless! Getting tired of sitting and laying around!!! (formerly dasxb9s - like a Timex, still ticking) |

Firebolt, My heart goes out to you. You deserve the ride of your life when you get back. The sacrifices you guys make over there make all of our problems back home trivial. If you ever make your way to NY, let me know. I'll show you some cool riding out East on "the island"! (BTW I gotta hang out with the freakin' in-laws all weekend!) Firebolt: Been there and know how you feel. Spent 12 months driving HETs all over the place. Dreamed alot about my M2 while doing it. Hang in there and stay safe. My heart goes out to all of you that are still there. BTW I have to work. |

I took my son golfin, (I don't golf, just drive the cart), Boy would it be fun to get a couple of pocket racers or YSR's and run the paved cart paths on a golf course! I keep the corner speeds up on the cart, as the limiter kept engine rpm's down, darn limiters! My son keeps lookin at me as I smile, gotta get the apex right ya know! Ah tommorrow another cart drivin day, (he's on the golf team so we gotta practice) I thought Buell'in was bling, bling, golf is not a minmum wage sport! Enjoy the weekend! Springfield Mile tommorrow, wish I was going there. |

I made it home awhile ago. It was raining hard this morning but had stopped by about 9. Then it didn't rain all day. Around 4 this afternoon I started thinking, what am I doing just sitting here? I'll just ride to Hudson and back. It's only 30 miles. It's not gonna rain. I made it to Hudson without any rain but it was getting pretty dark. I had barely gotten back into MN and it started to rain. Then it started to pour! What a nightmare! Now there's a tornado warning in St. Croix county, the county that Hudson is in! Oh well, I'm safe and dry at home now! |

Started the weekend with a 3' x 8' hole in the living room floor. No more hole now - instead a nice beginning of a 1/2 bath Henrik |

>>>instead a nice beginning of a 1/2 bath Say "bath" one more time and you are banned! Although, I confess the "1/2" part is vividly descriptive. Is there such a thing as a "3/32" bath...if so, I think I am there! |
