No, the PC3 is a tuner that stays on the bike altering the current being read by the ECM. Read this |

Great, so for $200 for either the PC version or Palm version VDST, we can reset our own TPS, for $400, both, awesome. Now to convince the wife I need this. (I may wear the pants, but she keeps the wallet ) |

not so sure i am reading the site correctly. does it appear that for $400 i can get cables and software to do exactly what the harley shop does to my own buell? and do please correct me if mistaken, but will that same software work on wifes Ducati? this almost seems to good to be true, and we know what that implies. so whos going to buy this stuff first? |

it does claim to be able to reset the tps. but it is listed in a generic sense; that is for all applications. |

Ducati, Moto-Guzzi, MV-AGUSTA, Piaggio, Gilera, Laverda, Cagiva, GASGAS, Aprilia, Bimota, Voxan, Sherco, Harley-Davidson, Fiat, Alfa-Romeo, & Lancia The Vehicle Diagnostic Scan-Tool Computer is an affordable engine diagnostic tool that is small enough to be part of your vehicles tool-kit and powerful enough to be used in any vehicle service department. Diagnose vehicle trouble quickly and accurately and improve vehicle efficiency by simply connecting your Handheld computer to the OBD (On-Board Diagnostic) connector of your vehicle and begin retrieving a variety of engine parameters . You cannot reset the TPS calibration on a Buell using a PCIII. The PCIII has its own TPS reset totally unrelated to the DDFI. |

Still doesn't do the injection - rich/lean mods so given the fact that a tps reset is once every 7500 miles or so i can't see how you will ever make up the $ on buying this thing?.? Am I missing something? |

Kaudette, I for one would pay 200 for something that would reset the tps just so I would not have to deal with the dealership service department hassle. |

Well worth the $200 in my opinion as it does all these bikes and cars too:- Ducati, Moto-Guzzi, MV-AGUSTA, Piaggio, Gilera, Laverda, Cagiva, GASGAS, Aprilia, Bimota, Voxan, Sherco, Harley-Davidson, Fiat, Alfa-Romeo, & Lancia Anyone in my area want to have faults or tps reset when i get the set-up, feel free to call. |

Beast, The way I read their pricing list is that for 199.00 it will only do one brand of bike. To get the one that will do all those bikes, the price goes up to 499.00 |

$199 for the one brand of bike, then a little extra for the different connecting leads for other brands. Prob get me the ducati and harley one as extras. or like you say $499 for the complete set. Although another $200 for extra 16 connectors aint bad is it. hmmmm |
