right now I a setup of 12r airbox cover, K&N filter and a jardine pipe and stock ecm would this make my engine run lean or what? |

I would say it would definitely run leaner than stock even with all of the adjustment of the Stock ECM possible. The Stock ECM is meant to adjust within a range of parameters for fuel, air, temp, etc. expected with stock only parts. By going with a much better intake and far more open exhaust, the overall amount of air going through the engine is much higher than normal. The stock ECM likely cannot adjust the fuel enough to keep a lean condition from happening. I would get a Race ECM if I were you. |

isn't some guys on this forum are running there 9r or 12r in this setup and find no problems with there baby? |

I believe the Jardine is a bit more open than the Drummer or at least the same as the Race Pipe. There have been reports of the Drummer with the opened up intake working just fine. If it were me, I would at least check once the mods were done to make sure nothing is out of range. |

the timming will be too lean in the mid range w/ the stock ecm. as long as you don't cruz it it should be fine. other wise you need a race module. |
