I was wondering if anybody knew how much the engines/transmissions weight and what are the dimensions(diameter and thickness) of the rear sprocket. |

About 185 pounds without exhaust; you'll have to measure the sprocket |

About 18-19 pounds. Heavy. Pretty much any aftermarket exhaust will be a significant weight savings. |

Lord, The XB stock muffler weighs by itself without the headers, 14.2 lbs. I weighed it. mikep |

I think the engine weighs in at 169 lbs. including all engine mounting hardware (without muffler). Compare that to the Aprilia V-twin that is 147.7 lbs. dry without the hardware or radiator. Not too bad. |

Can you tell me how heavy the exhaust is on the XB. XB9 or XB12? The XB12 is heavier but I do not have the weight handy. |
