I'm getting a set tomorrow. Is it as easy as unbolt, remove, install and bolt. Or do I need to do something fancy? Thanks in advance Tatsu

I was going to say something smart assed like, "Yeah I think you have to rotate the engine down." But I won't do that. |

I love 'em! Probably the easiest install of anything I've changed so far... Steve. |

Can any of you guys give me the lowdown on the benefits of the CRG levers. I don't personally have any problems with the std levers ,and I can never understand why the press wussies complain about the 'heavy' clutch action on the XB's -they should try my XLCH. Anyway digressing a bit there, any points or information on where these levers are an improvement would be appreciated. |

Yeah I'd like to know about em too. They look really good but are they worth the $100 a piece? |

besides looking trick (which they certainly do), it's another way to tailor the controls for yourself -- reach from the bar to the brake, especially, if you can't quite cover the brake lever comfortably all the time (although there are certainly less expensive ways to get that taken care of) . . . . they also have a notch in them that will allow the end of the lever to break off in the event of a tipover, saving the remaining lever for use worth a bill? only you can decide (they are sometimes available for less on get it outa here tables at dealers) |

Pretty much what Bomber said... They don't change the amount of pull required, so there is no wussie benefit, but they do allow you to tailor the amount of lever travel, so you can adjust, say the position of the brake lever to suit either full fist braking where you would grab the entire lever and pull it to the grip, or one finger braking where you would want to have full braking with enough room for the rest of your fingers between the grip and lever. It also allows you to adjust the position of the lever relative to the grip to compensate for brake or clutch fade, etc. Steve... |

Since I spend a lot of time in a out of traffic, I wanted something that was adjustable. Not to mention it looks trick and it pisses my wife off every time I buy something for the bike and not her!!! (Nah just kidding, but it does look trick). Semper Fi Tatsu
