Great, now we will have to listen to R1Squid rant about how even though sales were up for Buell they still don't out sell HD t-shirts! |

Great, now we will have to listen to R1Squid rant about how even though sales were up for Buell they still don't out sell HD t-shirts! They dont even outsell pickup truck window stickers for total profit But so what? You like your bike...you do like it right? Then thats all that matters. |

Dyna, I stopped in at the local pub tonight on the way home from work. Saw probably over a dozen pieces of HD apparel worn, not a single bike in the lot. Great that HD is making a huge profit but I find it really amusing/disgusting (depending on my mood) when I see that . (damn censors) |

Buy some HDI stock and it won't amuse/disgust you so much. You can just thank them for making you $$. Frank edited by ftd on July 15, 2004 |

Some problems with their flash on the site, but a bunch of stuff there nonetheless. Can't get the video or the pricing yet... Welcome to the new Buell XB9sx, the CityX. Kind of an urban dual sport. www.buell.com Here is a link to the "citycross" video until they fix their flash... http://www.buell.com/en_us/buell_way/buell_on_buell/videos/cityx.asp edited by reepicheep on July 15, 2004 |

Very cool Q&A section as well... Erik nails it (no suprise). There really are some obvious societal benefits to motorcycling. But, aside from the fun of motorcycling and the societal benefits, how else does owning a Buell® motorcycle add to the quality of a motorcyclist's life, in your opinion? Oh, tons of ways! We all have places to go and motorcycles are a great and fun way to do that. Buell motorcycles are fun to ride. You know that. When you own a Buell, you have tons of fun with it and, I hope, enjoy pride of ownership, too. We're not interested in a spec war with other bike makers and our customers aren't either. We're trying to build the best sport bike, not the best race bike, so our riders can have more fun in their lives. And we've delivered on that. Riding a Buell motorcycle also gives owners great fuel economy. I know that sounds like a small thing when you look at the total motorcycle experience, but it helps everybody. We can do it, so why shouldn't we? We also give owners an opportunity to be artistic and express themselves. Self-expression is part of the fun. And let's be honest here, people love to show off because it makes them feel good. Look at the Internet and BRAG® events and see the diversity of bikes that Buell owners have created. It's a great part of our lives

XB9 with clear-ish body work, a "headlight grill" and hand deflectors? Looks like it should have been an accessory kit not a new bike line. Ah. They dropped the XB9S the XB9SLow became a XB12Scg. edited by josh_ on July 15, 2004 |

Anybody got some spare engine cases as I had a catastrophic engine failure last week--front rod broke and proceeded to saw through the engine cases.Guess it did not like all the abuse from turbo and Bonneville. Or a really good price on another S-2--- |

What's up Buell fools! My computer took a dump so I haven't had web access for quite some time. I see most of the same names still here. I'm workin' now at an H-D dealer, which is where I'm writing this. The Buell is still with me and running strong. Take it easy! |
