Tucson & Southern Charlieboy and I got our issues the other day and like you, Bart was the first thing we saw as well. So, guys ... Does the ice cream rule hold true for badwebbers? P.S. Tucson, I didn't know ADOT was going to make a liar out of me as soon as I relayed some info! edited by xb9grl on July 14, 2004 |

Warp2 It was originally planned for 11:00 in Superior. As far as I know I havent heard of any changes. But heck, it's still early in the planning stages. Things may change! |

Saturday, 17July, meet in Superior at Los Hermanos cafe/bar at 1100hrs. Get group together and ride to Springerville. Sharing rooms is a good idea to save money. The days inn has good rates. Sunday, 18July, breakfast, early, and then leave for New Mexico, ride down through Glenwood, NM, and then down to Clifton, AZ, and on to Morenci. Here we catch hwy 191, and ride like the Buelligans we are up as far as we can go, before we have to turn around and retrace our route.. Should be about a 6 to 7 hour ride. Celebrate our victory over the curves that night. Monday, 19July, Breakfast around 9AM, decide which route to take back, either hwy260 down through Payson, or back through the Salt river to Superior. We can part ways, and head to our respective homes.

We'll see all of you there. We have reservations at the Rode Inn and we're hoping to bring 3 or 4 other New Mexico riders. The rain will just keep everything cool. Congrats Bart-just don't load the S! on a trailer-it might explode. |

Bah...rain...been there done that! Plus it'll be nice and warm instead of the freezing stuff we rode through last winter. Ski, Al and I are leaving Tucson around 9:00 so we should get to the bar around 11:00. See ya all on Saturday! |

Speaking of rain, it's "raining" here today in Yuma. I actually felt four drops hit me on the way to work and saw one hit the ground. I've learned that anytime water falls from the sky here, whether it's an inch of rain (which I seriously doubt you will ever see in Yuma, at one time) or one little drop, it's raining (at least according to the news). Don't get me wrong, I don't make light of rain, just find the talk of rain here in Yuma funny. Wish I could go with ya'll this weekend. I have to go to San Diego, can't even take my bike, DAMN. Ya'll have fun and be safe, carve a few for me while you're at it. |

for anyone who has the new FUELL and wants to associate a few faces with names: on page 10 the fellow in the middle of the page with blue shirt and glasses is Gordon Buhle, who has an immaculate S2 with more miles on it probably than even Bart has on his. two frames to the left of Gordon on the page, the fellow with the white t-shirt, is none other than Fireman Jim Higgins, Captain of the Vallejo, CA Fire Department. the fellow in the pic in the lower right of the page, with the black shirt and white cap on, is Al Lighton from American Sport Bike. and in the frame directly above Al, if i'm not mistaken, the fellow in the left of the frame is Vik Anderson, aka Eeeeek, from SacBORG fame. y'all have fun and please be careful and wise on your upcoming ride, and think about those who love you. Bart, talk to the boys and girls before you head out, k? please tell Daryl we're thinking of him. Ferris & Denise. |

Now I found more of Bart on the dang internet! (and it's not on some porn site like you would expect!) The Buell site updated the past BRAG events and there he is...again! check out the pics: http://www.buell.com/en_us/brag/adventures/2004/winetour_gallery.asp I'm definitely getting an autograph this weekend on my copy of FUELL! It's like we'll be riding with a real Buell celebrity...almost as good as ...Jay Leno! Have I reached my limit on givin' Bart crap yet?? |

Has anyone heard from David lately? I know he wanted to go on this ride. Damn Air force, sending one of our best riders off for training when we have a ride planned. What's up with that? David Balista, where are you???? |

Bart and all-sounds like we have a group together! I've been telling people who can't make it that we're going to Springerville to "harass the locals with our rude, loud bikes, drink too much beer, tell too many lies and have too much fun (Bart- you better bring some Goldschlager or somethig else rude-it's been too long) We'll be departing the Land of Enchantment around 9:30 AM on Saturday, and since it's a 300 mile ride and we loose an hour, I'm guessing 4:30-5:00 at the Rode Inn in Springerville. I'm already making up stories. Murrae |
