Hey everyone, how much did you pay for your Firebolt XB12R. I have been chomping at the bit for one of these but I'm not sure I can afford it right now. |

I was out the door taxes tag and title for $10,200. I think the statement "they are pretty much as powerful" is vague enough to also say then that they are pretty much the same price. |

I bought the first Racing Red XB12R that came of the truck and I got it for MSRP plus tax and title. I think it came to $11,380 to get the bike out the door, but then I added the extended warranty so it was actually a bit more than that. So much for an employee discount.

I bought my 04 XB12R in December of 2003 for $8900 out the door. The same dealer was selling XB9`s for $6300. Shop around for the best price. And the 12`s have alot more power than the XB9`s. Ride both of them back to back and see for yourself. |

My '04 purchased on September 30 (ordered August 1)was 10K plus tax and whatnot so $10,600, what is the deal with the 7 year warranty, I was never offered a extended warranty. Very interesting...... |

You know I actually looked at a deal just like that before I bought, and after paying all that dealers' fees (it was not the specific dealer you mentioned, but the dealer I looked at included every fee I had ever heard of) and then the additional shipping to me in Virginia, it only came out like $200 less than if I just went to my local place and rode it home that afternoon. YRMV. |
