That was the way I was going to take, but changed my mind at the last minute. Wanted to see some of the small towns I have never been thru before. Glad I did too. |

I stop at Andy and Ed's all the time. It's on the route that I take to Appleton when I ride up. Decent food. I have also seen that bike club, it's been there for years. |

The drive in was nice because it was a change of pace from the standard faire of Burger King, Taco Hell, etc. |

Boiler room is cool for me. see ya's there weather permitting. the route CJ, Impulse and I took to Appleton earlier isn't too bad. It makes short work of a long trip (just a thought). Next topic: as some of you know, I'm a bit of a R/C geek. Well I found one you guy's would probably Get a kick out of. I picked up a R/C Ducati 999R the other day. made by a company called thunder tiger. It comes ready to run out of the box with batteries, charger and all. I ran it a few times with the stock electronics and it wasn't bad it ran about 15-20 mph. yesterday I installed one of my "special" helicopter motors, speed control and a better battery pack. now It pushes low forties. need to change to heavier shock oil and different springs to handle the speed but it is a blast. Just for shits and giggles I might bring it to the next battle trax. next move is a gas one or make my own. anyone interested can check out www.thundertiger.com (electric bikes) or www.rc-moto.com (gas bikes) there pretty cool. |

Dana, How did the suspension adjustment work for ya? Dyna, Are you related to Dana? Didn't realize you guys had the same last name... Harley's at da' grove tonight...pending weather. Have a great ride guys, sounds like a lot of fun. Will be at road america this weekend on the supermotard bike. I better be nice to CJ this week... also, kind of short notice, but AMA vintage days is the weekend of the 17th at Mid-Ohio. I'll be there racing vintage bikes and the Buell in the Battle of twins class. Its also the best/biggest motorcycle swap meet i've ever seen, bar none. Road racing, flat track, vintage MX (twin shocks, remember those?), little bit of everything. I have extra room in the trailer.... |

In HD/Buell lingo, its photographic proof of abuse. |

Tire abuse. Will that void the Dunlop tire warranty??? |

Bike abuse. Regardless of smiley burnout commercials and wheelies galore in print, doing the same to a privately owned bike opens you up to subjective approval of your warranty status. YMMV. |

Gee...if there is any warranty remaining on Dana's bike, perhaps Waterloo HD/BMC will honor it. They do (or did) hooligan things all the time out there. LOL Dana, take a deep breath and relax. You are probably just fine. Then again...YMMV |
