A little more info and picts of Passion: 01' Shifter EBC Pro front rotor Pegasus Derby cover Signature series plaque The color of this is S2 is a Chevy S-10 color called "Radar Purple". It is a darker purple than the stock color but kinda fades to blue at times. Really a nice combination. Call me at 812-760-5015 and I'll answer any questions. Passion needs to go, but she needs to go to someone that will ride, since she really likes to run and burn the turns. Ride More, Lean More, Grin More. Neil S. |

Fellow Badwebers, I’ll try to make this short. I took my 2004 Buell XB12S in for it’s first service at 547 miles and they totaled it. The service tech grabbed the front brake trying to avoid a car cutting through the rear parking lot and flipped the bike forward. The car sped away and the Tech broke his shoulder. The first estimate was for $4,100, after pointing out every little scratch I got it up to $5,300. The adjuster said that was just enough to call it totaled. The adjuster placed a salvage value of $3,200 on it. I had my on salvage bid done that was $4,000. So I decided to keep the bike and sell it to the company I contacted. $800 for 1 phone call, not bad. I could make much more money by repairing it and selling it myself, but I just don’t want to deal with it, maybe if it was wintertime. Would anybody out there be willing to pay more than $4,000 and pick up the bike in Fort Worth. Great engine for a project bike. The frame is damaged on the left side where the rear tail section bolts to the frame, but other then that there are no scratches. Anyone who is capable of welding and coating the frame would save some of the $1,450 for a new frame. Some expensive items with minor scratches are the primary cover $220 (very small neck), front wheel $336 and swingarm $362, no picture of the swing arm, but I could get one, it’s scratched on the left rear. I can fax anyone a copy of the estimate and email more pictures. The Drummer is not included, but the stock muffler has been installed. Thanks, Paul

I would like to address some possible scenarios I’ve been getting about my bike. If you’re planning to repair the bike and sell it, it’s not worth it. It’s only probable for me because I’m paying $3,200 for it and I don’t intend to repair it and sell it. If you’re planning to repair the bike and keep it, maybe depending on your expertise. If you’re planning to keep the engine and some other parts and sale the rest, then it’s for you.

2000 M2 Complete Pro-Series Race Kit, S1 Cams, Jetted, 2001 Rear Shock,Buell Tack, Bar-End Mirrors, S1 tail section, Force intake (not in pic). Also going with the bike I have the M2 tail section, extra tank, extra S1 tail, extra fly screen. All scuffed to be painted, just have not gotten to the actual painting yet. I want it to go with the bike, because if I keep the bike, I'm going to paint the bodywork. I am selling my Buell. Here are the details. 1999 buell cyclone m2 in reactor yellow.26k miles almost 27k.No Oil Leaks Running great }}}she has the following done to her:Bridgestone Battleaxe 010 tires front and rear 1000 miles ago, black wrinkle cam and primary covers, force winder air cleaner assembly, new Force Streetfighter exhaust (black finish),new Corbin seat with yellow piping, new Banke rear fender eliminator kit,Bar end mirrors, stainless steel front brake line, fresh oil and filter 200 miles ago(last Monday!),new primary fluid and chain adjusted, rear belt adjusted, Carb cleaned and serviced, new Top end (new pistons, new rings, new umbrella valves, all new gaskets ,bored 10 thou over).Beautiful motorbike thats ready to rock!I want a realistic price of $5000 which is not bad considering all the mods done and the $1157 I spent at Latus Motors Harley Davidson in Gladstone OR last week getting the top end done. I can email pictures upon request, please no time wasters.I would like to sell this machine to a good home where it will be used but not abused.I ride with Kenny Dreer of Norton and if any of you know him then you know a Buell is not going to keep up with him.I am looking at getting a Triumph Speed Triple/Ducati and would entertain a swap if local.(Portland,Oregon )Please call 503 630 2592 and ask for Peter.

Hmmm, swap! Great idea! I'd swap my '96 S2T with SE heads, cams, Mikuni 42, 'race' header and exhaust for a nice Ducati...748? 900SPS? 900CR? 900SS? |

$4500 97 S3T Custom paint 88" engine Millennium cylinders Lightning heads w/head work by NRHS NRHS Hurricane forged pistons (10.5 comp) H/D .536 cams Mikuni 42 carb Crane ignition Late model crank and rods Buell race air cleaner Borla exhaust (complete system) Buell custom rear pulley Corbin seat Racetech springs and valves in front forks Latest Buell shock (big eye, short style) PM wheels Tires are 80% The bike has 69000 miles. The engine was overhauled and made into the 88" torque monster at 55000 miles. I also went thru the entire bike at that time and replaced any and all items that might need attention ;i.e., drive belt, swingarm bushings, wheel bearings, steering head bearings, all cables, both throttle and speedometer, stator, updated detent plate, updated primary chain tensioner, primary chain ,etc. If it could wear out, I replaced it. This bike is ready for another 50,000 miles. The engine puts 110hp/104tq to the ground. It is not for the weak of heart. Recent knee surgery makes it too uncomfortable to ride right now. Buy it before I get well and change my mind. John
