I really doubt Sunday...double kegger at the neighbors house...too convenient not to take advantage of!!! I'm hopefully gonna make it this Thursday night at the Vortex..I have yet to go...so I might ride up there with a buddy of mine with a 748R Duc.. Anyone up for Sat. morning???

Frogger: Sorry to drop you out of the loop like that... Would you be able to spend the night @ TWO Saturday night? There is no confirmation that anyone is going to. I'm free to... Weekend Ride
If I don't get to go on Saturday, Sunday morning real early. We could meet anywhere you want along the way up. Shred knows GA much better than I do. Even if he can't make it I'm sure he'll know of somewhere we can meet that's good for both of us. Or if you know of a place that's cool.

I just got back from runnin' some errands. One of which was to get a new pair of boots. My First Gear pair lasted about 5 years with one pointless retread. I hope these Alpine Stars last... they look well made.
I must make my trip to the Vortex brief again this week. As I mentioned before, my wife is headed out for the weekend with the boy. So, we need to get some QT in. I'll be there around 7:30.

Glitch: nice pics. The camera seems to do the job just fine. Does it fit nicely in your jacket's breast pocket?
B_S: I could stand a trip to the gym. I'm a member at the Y. But, I never seem to make it. I do, however, find plenty to eat. : ) I've alway been physical at my previous jobs. Now, the only time my heart rate increases at work is when I go to lunch.

First, I went to motorsports, out by Gwinnett Mall. They didn't want to help and it appeared they didn't have what I wanted. Then, I went to the new Cyclegear to see what they had. They didn't quite have their act together yet. The boot they offered in my price range was crap. The sole seemed to made out of the same stuff as my current retread. It wore out way too fast. Finally, I went to L'ville Honda. They did not want to help either. But I found what I needed on my own. They were the last pair and in my size. The prices seemed better than Cyclegear on like items. They only had a few pairs though. It's a bit sad for all three shops. I was prepared to buy a new Shoei X-11 helmet today. Even after being told that they were available, no one was available to show them to me!

Too bad about CycleGear, I was looking forward to them coming. Their prices are good on the web. Never liked Lawrenceville Honda's people. Even though Ann bought my Bandit from there. Too pushy, or too aloof, no middle ground.
Motosports? Would that be Pro Line? Not a real good store, but I highly recommend Jim East as a great wrencher. That's usually where I get my tires.
Too bad no one has a truly descent bike shop. Hmmm, maybe I ought to open one
QT is a good thing, less guilt for the two weeks alone
