No one posted here yesterday, that sucks! Or maybe everyone is too busy ridding to post. It has been really nice this last week, have been doing a lot of ridding myself. Took a few pictures of the spiral highway to share with you. This first one shows the M2 taking in the view over the spiral highway. In the background is Lewiston to the left side of the snake river and Clarkston on the right. This one shows part of the spiral highway. Kind of hard to see because the pic is 1/4 it's original size, but it's the black snakey thing in the middle third of the picture. Also had a good time last Sunday ridding over to Dworshak dam, pics of the bike in the cool pics section. But here's a dam picture anyway. There are some real twisty roads here with some beautiful scenery. Mostly rolling hills of wheat, but every now and then there is a field at rest planted with something to control erosion. I just thought it looked nice. I still have thoughts of making it to SPLASH this year. Hope things work out so I can see all your ugly faces again. Have fun and ride safe. |

Ahoy Spud! That Spiral Road looks purty damn good to me! I've got the under-employed blues now. Left my job for a raise. Old job decided I am in possesion of some mystery secret that I could divulge to new job. Evil old job has an injunction to keep me from working in WA., for 6 to 12 months. No unemployment 'cause I left old job volentarialy. Been 2 freakin' months so far...at least I've got Betty back. Hope to see ya at SPLASH too. Hi to Trixie. sooner, Galen |

Well I just got a job! Make half the wage I did, but the rent will be PAID! This is good. Working in a plant nursery. As some of you know, I'm VERY good with plants! So ha ha Satan, I'm not dead yet! sooner, Galen |

BOB you weasle, what the intercourse is up! I've been drinking with some friends and all seems good right now! Lookin' forward to chasin' your 3bangin' butt around soon! Betty is rippin' up the tarmac like never befor! She's a compleatly different beastie now! Rev's up quicker, pulls the front wheel up effortlessly, unconsciencely, suprisingly ...I can really feel the difference. And you know I don't fear the reefer! So it's a little late for me to think of anything clever... sooner, Galen |

Kim, I had a great time with you that Sat. I was just wondering how we could get Kims last post with the info onto Quick Board with a few pictures from above, and maybe a little more info about Cody. I know nothing about doing this sort of stuff but do know that we should get this out to more sites. Anyone have any ideas??? Bob, Jim C, Ferris, anyone????? Loni

Loni, i now see that Shotgun copied and posted Kim's post from above yesterday on to the Quick Board, but since the original quilt thread has archived, no one cruising the current QB threads would ever see the post. also, it doesn't seem that Blake's requests wrt continuation of the thread have been met. read the posts and see if you agree. i'll help any way i can, but i don't have any pull here on BADWEB and as such i'm hesitant to start a new quilt thread on the QB in light of the above. sorry. Ferris, Sorry did not know that Kim had posted on the Quick Board. Just trying to find ways to sale the tickets....This is such a good cause! I would be more than willing to do anything I can to make this happen..even update the tale section, take some pictures (Don't know how to post them, but would try, sooner or later I would learn). Thanks Ferris. Kim, I have the next 6 days off. If we don't leave town on Thurs I will be calling to see if you need any help with anything OK. Oh and make that 143 tickets sold. I sold 2 of the 20 I had here. Loni

Yeah, Ferris, I tried exporting a post over to the QuickBoard. Didn't realize it wouldn't show as current. Maybe if somebody copied it and started a new Quickboard thread by mistake????? Loni, not sure what our Aussie pal is up to, but I know he is in town this weekend, so I'll be calling you to come ride when he's up for it. Speed Triple is missing something fierce today, but he can ride my M2 and I'll retrieve the Best Blast Ever Built from Destination's consignment shelf if need be. Only one offer on it so far, and she couldn't come up with the necessary $$$. Loni, tell Chris we're thinking about him with all the heavy negotiations he's going thru on the contract. Not to worry, it'll turn out ok, with Chris there working on it. |

Loni, I have about 15 pics of Cody taken on Fathers Day. I can have them optimized and web ready in a very short amount of time. Maybe someone can do a write up for that Sunday that was along for the ride. Forward it to me via email and then I can post the write up along with the recent pics in the tales section. I would do the writing myself but I blew out a tendon in my left hand so my typing skills are ver challenged right now. Would also want to make sure we meet Blakes request that Jerry posted a link to above. Jim

Shotgun, I don't know if we will be leaving town on Thurs or not but do call if we can get something together with the Aussie Pal. We have our reservations for Eastlake Thurs-Mon, just don't know if leaving town will be the best idea at this time. We should know for sure tonight. Jim thanks for wanting to help out. Sorry to hear about the hand. I know how that feels! I will let you know more as soon as I can. Roadrash! What the heck you doin down in Texas? I saw some news on the rain down there, what a mess. Sorry you won't make it to SPLASH this year, but looking forward to seeing you at Border Raid. Take care good buddie! Loni |

Ferris - If you will tell me how to start a thread, I will be happy to post something in the Tale Section and also I will need to find said tale section. Blake also noted that he wanted Badweb stickers on Cody's ride, but I haven't received any as of yet. SPLASH is fast approaching, I am so excited to get out on two wheels for a few days Cody will be riding two up with Mike this year, so there will be three of us packed in one tale bag, I will be leaving home everything including the kitchen sink! Times like these is when a Harley with big bags sure would be handy. See you all very soon. Kimberlie |

as i see it for right now all you guys need to do is to simply start a very basic "Cody Wood Racing" page in the Tale Section. it doesn't have to be anything elaborate yet, maybe just an introduction of sorts, and a mention that Blake okayed the thread, that sort of thing. get the thing started, even in a basic form, and THEN you've got the green light to start a new quilt thread on the QB, while there is still time to sell some tickets prior to SPLASH. also, i think Blake asked for a BADWEB link on Cody's page, and i see that there IS one, but it's imbedded in a long line of HTML. maybe hang a BADWEB-specific hyperlink, maybe in the Sponsors section? the win-win of all of this is that even after the raffle is over, you guys have Blakes's permission to post anything and everything about Cody Wood, future Moto GP star, in his very own Tale Section thread!
