I have a route plotted for a lunch ride to the Triple Nickel Diner. It's a loop ride of 140 miles total on backroads and it should be fun. Google says it should take roughly 3-1/2 hours. I'll bring maps and directions so everybody can ride at their own pace. Last time I led a group ride, the fast people bitched because it was too slow and the slow people bitched because it was too fast. (And I bitched because nobody was happy). This way, everybody can ride at their own pace and they can find something else to whine about.
