screw is too close to the frame




shifter side:




the controls are now about 4" rear and about 1" higher.

Just accustomed to new foot position. It's not too radical.

Looks nice! Your seat looks good too. Did you redo the shape of it? Shaping/reshaping and recovering seats would be a nice skill to have.

now after some months the leather is no more glued to the foam.
I have to remove the leather and re-glue better for a perfect shape like it was at the beginning.
I used a spare S1W seat (the original one is in the box with the label "Original parts".

Ah, that's right. I do remember seeing that one(and a few posts in there by me). Looks nice. That front pulley and nut too... nothing stands out to me more on a tuber than a nice looking front pulley haha. At this point I'm just used to seeing them covered in rust. I know mine certainly isn't pretty at this point, but it's on my list.
