The following might better fit the other War Thread, but since Putin, Xi, the Iranian Mullahs, and their Hamas/Houthi/Hezbollah/Squad puppet/ally/minion groups are all interdependent it does fit here. The olde school "Kill them all, God will know his own" attitude is one rational approach. Not usually my preferred one, but it does work, and may ultimately be the only way since the Elitist Evil hide behind millions of human shields/hostages. Like the Civilian population of Moscow Putin uses. Or the Gazans hiding Hamas. I'd prefer a more surgical treatment to Islamist & Leftist Intolerant Authoritarian regimes. Offer rewards for the heads of The Bad Guy Rulers. A Go Fund from voluntary donations should work for funding independent of individual billionaires. ( some of whom will be on the list, like Soros, Bezos, Zuck, and Schwab ) Naturally there will be new Evil Rulers fighting to fill the power vacuums, but once the corrective action system is running, each successive monster will be easier to eliminate as their support structure erodes. It's a race against time and technology. A.I. Is being used to identify Enemies of The State, and the Surveillance State is Now. I point out the rationally paranoid Putin won't eat or drink anything not vetted by his security team, since he rules in assassination mode and his domestic enemies know it's their only option, since there's no legal functioning controls on their Glorious Leader. There are less than 2 months before the mandatory president election in Ukraine and it look like Zelensky is not planning to provide the president election so his actions will compromise the Ukrainian constitution and democraty again.
