There's a lot of "triggers" and lines in the sand that actually mean zero, since the choice to act on, ignore, or just violate previous laws and this bundle is entirely up to Joe* and his minions. to be fair, a tiny fraction of the money taken from your pocket for this monstrosity goes to temporarily paying clerical workers to do asylum paperwork, which Congress has neglected to improve/increase funding to expand for decades and is utterly broken with the Obama/Biden* Invasion Treason Cloward-Piven program. It's probably roughly the cost of a few months of cocaine for Hunter. Bottom line, the bill doesn't fix the problem caused by Biden's* Executive Orders, doesn't reverse any decision by Joe* to ignore the laws and violate his oath, violates multiple existing laws, and won't ever fulfill the promises made in bad faith by the lying pResident, Congresscritters, or Party Propaganda Arm. As Veep, Joe* wasn't allowed to take classified documents and reclassify them at whim. He can now as designated Prez. And Trump was allowed to when he was. And there's no paper trail, it can have been verbal or even mental, in the Prez can just think it's declassified. He's supposed to say So out loud or in writing if he SHARES classified documents, but that's as easy as "here, look at this, it's ok". So, technically, it Joe* hadn't been declared President by Congress, he'd be in for real prison time for the documents he STOLE as Congresscritter and Veep. And if, the documents he left in his University of PA office, shared with Hunter and Chinese Communist Government Spies, were seen by said CCP Agents, that's a treason charge, unless Joe* testified he gave them permission after he took residence at 1600. Then it's still treason. Just harder to prosecute. As it would be if Joe* just left them unsecured, ( he did ) and CCP Agents had access. ( duh ) The bottom line is, no one will prosecute Joe* for THESE crimes, and they WERE crimes until Joe* magically asserted his Presidential Power, because nobody expects Joe* to tell the truth. Ever. So unless there's surveillance video of the Chinese spies reading the stuff Joe* left them, or they bragged about it on some recording or in writing ( and I don't expect them to be that stupid ) Joe* is untouchable on the pretty certain espionage & treason charges. That's not a joke. I really want to know. I bet Putin does. We actually have a Special Prosecutor who states Joe* is too gone to convict. I suppose he'd get angry and demand ice cream before answering questions with recollections that never happened. And It's a slam dunk that Biden's* defense team would pull out a shrink that asserts that the loss of his eldest son to cancer traumatized Joe* ( fair, that's darn tough ) and thus he's not responsible for anything he says.
