Since ALL the Democrat Party primaries are meaningless, or more properly, faked publicity stunts, pretending there's actually democracy in any aspect of the Democrat Party decision making process, my Guess is a court of law would find that declaring that telling the truth is a criminal act, doesn't help the reputation of the Judges involved. Judges usually don't like getting their decisions reversed. In a previous decade, such a ruling would be appealed to a higher court. The Party Lawyers for the DNC wouldn't want to boldly tell the truth about their syndicate, and any threats to the Judge's families would of course not go public. I have no idea how this will all go but I'll predict it will be erased from public view and only covered by the fringe media, aka actual reporters. | ||
