I'm no shrink. I'm not against shrinks, per se. They can be incredibly helpful! But it's a crapshoot ( slang for gamble, but feel free to use a scatological interpretation ) to get one who's religious training will help your problems. Psychiatry is dominated by cultish followers of Shrink Prophets, which had Revelations about how minds work and suggest different methods. Each cult believes Their Way is Word of God. ( and you shall have no other ) That's not surprising in the Social cults in education. Your Teacher/Guru shapes your belief system. And it's not a Hard Science like Chemistry where experiments disprove wrong ideas. I'm agnostic, but I do admit to getting a D in psych 104 for writing a paper that called Freud "a cokehead with Mommy Issues", because the teacher was a Fan. I've actually worked statistics as a living so I know how to use them to lie. But also how to read the reports for cheating and facts. Studies in Scandahoovia and Great Britain show a Very High number of suicides among the "gender related" mentally ill. I believe it. My unculted Opinion is suicide is a Depression thing. Despair kills. The mind affects the brain chemistry and Vice versa. What I don't have is studies that compare suicide rates between the treatments for Gender Identity Problems. ( I don't know this week's buzzword/tecnobabble. It's misleading, on purpose. So GIP. As a temporary TLA ) How many suicide if they get talk therapy? No discussion, just drugs? Drugs and surgery? There are various combinations. The Activists use the Mantra that the GIP will kill themselves without the Activist's preferred treatment. That's an unproven Lie. But like many effective lies, there's a kernel of truth to prop up the liar. GIP sufferers do kill themselves a Lot. I'm concerned, personally, because I have friends and relatives with GIP or children with GIP. And I'm afraid that I may get notice any day that the victims of GIP I know are gone. And at my age, I already get told too often my friends are dead from cancer or heart disease or Covid, or... ( I'm in that high risk group ) But having friends suicide is different and worse. If only for the "If Only I'd been there..." to stop them despair. Looked at horribly cold bloodedly, we are going to find out how terrible the current cult is, as this new generation of surgically mutilated and drug damaged youth live, or Die by their own hands. And Unfortunately the teachers and doctors that are Wrong won't pay the price for their false beliefs. | ||

When treating a mental a condition by cutting off body parts results in an increase in suicide, you have to question the treatment plan. I know of no other mental malady where confirming the delusion, and mutilation are the recommended regimen. These people are evil. | ||

Insert my usual complaint that Liberal is a grand tradition that has it's name stolen by Commie thugs and it annoys me that otherwise intelligent people use the evil jerk's stolen valor as a pejorative. I have to point out other massively pushed analogies in this case. The Soviet Loving DNC ( Oh, not publicly, this year, because of the Hillary Campaign lies about Trump and the brutal invasions of the Putin regime. They've always been at War with Eastasia, Eurasia has always been their friend. ) has spent 70+ years lying that Nazis are "right wing" and accusing their Enemies of being Nazis. Done such a good job of selling their lies that I've Actually had otherwise intelligent people tell me "it's just words" when I point out the National Socialist Worker's Party & The Union Of Soviet Socialist Republics are both, self proclaimed Socialist. To be fair, in a sense, they're right. Socialist is a lying label to fool people into buying a toxic product. ( like syrup might fool some ) If I was a Ukrainian youth in the 1940s I might have enlisted in the most effective group to fight the Soviets who invaded my country and murdered millions of my friends and relatives. But I'm not much of a group joiner, so I'd probably have been killed in a patriotic partisan resistance effort instead. I'd certainly understand my countrymen who did join the Nazis to kill Russians. The lesser of 2 evils problem. It's lonely when you go alone against both. Today, while I still feel free to criticize the ( apparently last legitimate ) Former President Trump, it's legit to support the MAGA ( you know what the Enemy Media call them ) folk against the Establishment ( Soviets ) who are supporting mass murder by encouraging lethal drugs imported across our borders from the CCP ( bribed by drug cartels and the CCP ) in the largest narco-terrorism operation since the Opium Wars. Just to pick One aspect of the ongoing genocide against us by the DNC. So... I don't own a MAGA ballcap. But I do wear a red one, and anyone who tries to take it is fair game for a broken arm. | ||
