Page 92-93 of the Buell Parts Catalog, 1125r model, does not call out any in-line fuel filter in the fuel pump or in the tank.

Are you thinking of the tuber fuel pumps? They have a sock for the fuel inside the tank. Externally, they have an in-line fuel filter as well.

I believe a guy from Mid Atlantic Cycles on E Bay was selling pump filters a couple years ago when I replaced my low fuel sensor. Not sure if he still has any but you might want to contact him through E Bay. https://www.ebay.com/usr/midatlanticcycle

There is a filter, but I don't recall if anyone has the correct rebuild kit for it.
The filter is the silver canister in the bottom of the pic.

Maybe ask Chaz at this link to see if he might be able to assist.
