Nevermind that poor feces holes are pollution monsters, as the poor have no power to clean things up. Nevermind that only a richer society can afford clean energy, clean food, sewage treatment, clean air, clean water. Nope, the WEF has chosen to murder half the planet by 2050. They'll achieve that goal partly with sterilization, partly with abortion, and partly with starvation. Nowhere in the Great Reset/New Liberal Order is there any improvement in the lives of the poor who are destined to be killed or enslaved. ( Nike, Apple, etc. ) So they will tell you to feel guilty. Steal your wealth. And give some to the dictators that rule the poor lands to keep the peons under control as life gets worse. I admit that is not their manifesto, verbatim. It's just more accurate. I'm not sure if it's "maxed out". Today. Maxed out in effect, not quantity. It's possible, even likely, that the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere has been sufficient to reflect back to the surface infrared radiation from the planet warmed by the Sun and internal heat. All the infrared in the very narrow band CO2 affects. Once you are at 100%, then more gas doesn't change anything climate wise. ( although it does make a measurable impact on plant growth ) Unfortunately I can't say for certain, because to admit that means the lying rich are scamming you on the subject, so it's a taboo to even think it. But it looks like we had "enough" CO2 to be maxed out in It's effect for the last several thousand years, since the low levels of the last big glacial period, when humans were rather rare and endangered. But that's a taboo subject. The author seems to be correct the rest of the article. I do know the feedback mechanism of water vapor fairly well. The cold in the desert phenomenon is real. It's also real in winter, as the water vapor freezes out and the ground becomes a snow and ice covered desert. I've lived in the Great Plains & Great Lakes region. The amount of water vapor in the air is radically different in those 2 regions. The plains have "continental" weather. What New York calls apocalyptic Polar Vortex Hell, South Dakota calls Tuesday. What Aberdeen South Dakota does NOT have, and Buffalo New York does, is a huge area of inland fresh water for the winds to pick up water vapor from. Aberdeen doesn't have bands of Lake Effect snow. ( or rain ) There's a roughly 20 degree F winter temperature difference. https://www.currentresults.com/Weather/US/average- state-temperatures-in-winter.php Aberdeen is also higher by 700 feet, but the biggest reason it's colder is lack of water vapor.
