I shared that with a buddy who I've fought melee combat practices with for decades. He's a big fan of the spear as a primary weapon. ( we use padded tipped practice weapons, not razor sharp steel on each other. ) We both are well aware that the spear is a very traditional Chinese weapon, as it it everywhere. I'm more a polearm guy. I've practiced with naginata and iklwa, but it's mostly a matter of aggressive attitude which is more effective. People fighting riot troops in cities have a different set of constraints than soldiers in a shield wall. Soldiers can't run and fade into the population. ( the conventions of War for centuries codifies the distinction between combatants and the population. Uniforms are one custom to draw that distinction. That's why targeting civilians is a war crime and terrorism. ) But the civilians fighting for their lives against the Regime Thugs, need to be able to run away & blend. So instead of a proper weapon, the best you can do is a shiv on a stick you can drop and run away from. Until the people can target the leaders sending the thugs of terrorist regime forces, out to beat & murder, they will suffer. Iran, China, so many oppressed and the Regimes are allies in evil. | ||

Sure, you can call yourself whatever you want. Man, woman, pine tree, I don't care. It's gotta make the dating scene more challenging. None of that is related to my attitude towards the Canadian healthcare system and the Obamacare author's choice to kill people who are too expensive to help. Slippery slope, you know. And I'm even well aware some parents are lousy and shouldn't be responsible for kids. But the numbers and trends, ( bragged about among the "activists" ) are beyond belief. There's a LOT rotten in "education" today, but genital mutilation is too much. There's going to be a lot of messed up people from this craziness. This stuff isn't reversible. It's one thing to change your mind about wearing a sun dress. A difficult road changing your mind about what kind of sexual being you are. But you Can change your mind. But getting chemically castrated before you ever get a chance to grow, experience life, fall in love? That steals choice, not gives it. | ||
