How do you prove conspiracy to riot? Odd that they don’t arrest actual rioters. |

Odd that they don’t arrest actual rioters. That would be couterproductive...since they PAID most of them to be there in the first place. Think about it - the Left is full of people who suck at the government/welfare teat, instead of WORKING. THOSE, are the people who protest stuff by and large. Look at the Supreme Court right now. The Right? Is full of people who WORK FOR A LIVING. Hell...SOMEBODY has to make the money, and pay the taxes, to keep refilling the welfare coffers! So, if you have a rio...er, "peaceful protest", chances are better than average it's a bunch of lefties. Regardless of what side they "say" they're on. Or are TOLD to say they're on. |

How to prove "conspiracy to riot"? Not lawyer!!!! But darn obvious if multiple guys gather in near identical clothing, ( other than, say, blue jeans and t-shirts with eagles, bikes, guns, etc. ) they are an organized group. I suppose every office building with the culture of the suit & tie arguably counts. If I gathered a few buddies to go bother a protest in body armor and helmets, we'd look much better. I've had to deal with law enforcement at events and fight practices. Pretty sure many folk that do martial arts have had to explain the ruckus someone glimpsed was friendly and law abiding. Like I said, not lawyer, but probable cause seems likely. Assuming one word of the Party Media report is accurate. |

Who is to say they weren’t there to protest, and the body armor was to protect themselves from predictable democrat violence. Besides, to quote Walter Sobchek, “the supreme court has roundly rejected prior restraint”. I question the legality of the arrests. |

Many locales make you register body armor (at least, of a certain grade), much like a suppressor. Claiming it "indicates a plan for violence" or some such drivel. I bought a new Klim riding jacket Saturday, and all the talk of armor in it had me thinking about "gee...when will maryland start limiting/registering THIS stuff, too???" SMH... |

https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2022/06/a-r oadmap-for-jew-haters.php https://www.jns.org/opinion/condemning-the-mapping -project-isnt-enough/ The problem as far as the Klan Party is concerned, is that the details of the Final Solution were not supposed to go public, yet. Power from whipping up hatred is the long term plan. Like Vladimir, labeling your Enemies as Nazi works on the stupid, pretty good. Pitting one fiction/faction against another means they aren't resisting the Party. Consistency and truth are utterly unrealistic to expect from a group that depends on lies and hatred to rule. It's also not a coincidence that since the Word Socialist was coined, regimes with Socialist in their title are regimes that Blame Jews, murder them, and inspire the smart & lucky to escape. It's far older than that. Factions of the Byzantine Court pushed for Jew hatred to distract from their corruption, and steal power in coups. ( sound familiar? ) The Pharaohs in egypt, Baal worshipers in Mesopotamia, leftists in Hollywood... |

Since when has Congress taken over as the Judicial branch of government? I take it you're referring to the Insurrection Show? Congress does have a legitimate Investigation capacity. If you write laws, it makes sense to ask questions. Congresscritters are mostly lawyers, today, so while well trained in Arguing, they may have zero schooling in electronics or basic physics or the various religious cults that constitute economics. Considering that every year they layer on more laws, some in direct conflict with previous ones, ( that the Same guy voted for ) Logic is not a learned skill either. Power from popularity contests is a pretty lousy way to pick competence. But it's better than the older tradition of picking leaders by hereditary means. "Ideally, Logically" there'd be a wise group of incorruptible experts in multiple fields, with full access to the collective information of the Web we've built, to pick leaders, without any power themselves. Except the existing power structure would kill you to prevent that, finding incorruptible experts is nigh impossible, and they'd have to be anonymous to prevent pressure against them, ( select our choice or your daughter dies in agony! ) Which means the world, or at least our hypothetical utopia, would be actually run by a secret cabal with no way to influence or chose them. And we ALREADY have the WEF, Hydra, the Bilderbergers, the ( redacted ) mafia, Flaming Dragon, Illuminati, Vatican, Chicago School, .... My finger hurts, so... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_conspiracy _theories Running the planet already, so you can argue whatever you like, it's moot. But back to your statement quoted above. Arguably Congress or at least a large percentage, has chosen to give the Judicial branch power to write laws, so they don't get blamed for them and don't have to do any work. The opposite of your complaint! Doesn't mean you're wrong. |

https://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2022/06/the -okeefe-project-whistleblower-revisited.php Crusty, good call. A lot of the posts on this thread fall pretty short of the seriousness of it's title. Not terrorism in the pursuit of Raw Power, but sometimes petty disagreement and political opinions that are just typically American politics. I'm probably more guilty about that than most. I also remember typically American politics includes Congresscritters beating each other with canes, a tradition I sometimes wish would return instead of paid rioters and death threats, like current disagreement about Supreme Court illegal leaks. However, today's assault on the freedom of speech by the Federal Bureau of Insurrection against investigating journalists does qualify as fear based political evil. Once upon a time, "gotcha" journalism and hidden camera work was the staple for 60 Minutes and even before that, a long history of digging up dirt. Often lousy and politically biased, sure. It's a technique that can be used for good or bad. I'll point at Michael Moore and his gimmick of asking pointed questions for CEOs, but addressed to a security guard at a back gate to a factory building with a camera crew for maximum fluster bluster, that the underpaid minion has zero clue about. That's crap journalism. Even If You Agree with the premise of the hit piece, like ( hypothetically! ) General Motors and safety violations that injure folk & they prefer to settle suits over than fix to prevent. Might be a real news item, might be utter dishonesty, even a paid hit piece by a rival company. An example is the Ralph Nader attack on the Corvair, sponsored by Ford, who was taking a sales hit on Falcons. In the Project Veritas case, they are ( mostly) apparently using guerilla journalism to cover subjects the Establishment News folk not only won't cover, but actively lie to discredit the truth. You may agree, or not, in any given case, with the PV stories, or question their motivation, ( I certainly do! I'm very cynical and mistrusting ) or despise the tactics of getting leaks over cocktails from frustrated minions. ( a journalism tradition going back to when fermented goat's milk was the new fad ) But in the case of Ashli Biden's diary, it's well established that this persecution is a politically motivated "make an example to frighten our enemies" hack job. I'll ignore the contents of the lost diary, since the British Tabloids are making cash on them today. Anyone paying attention and not self deluding knew that the Biden* crime family is a messed up dysfunctional crew of unpleasant folk. So, ( as I understand it... Please correct me if I'm wrong with references!!! ) ..a diary left behind in an addiction treatment facility is found and offered to multiple news companies. Project Veritas buys the diary. Copies obviously were made. ( I don't know who got copies, how many, or by whom, or if other companies bought copies from the finder of the left behind accidentally diary ) The folk at Project Veritas SAID they decided they were on shaky legal ground, publishing a lost diary, and had doubts about the legality of the seller doing so, and the problems not proving the diary was real and not a fictional character assassination. So they turned it over to Law Enforcement, voicing their concerns. And Did Not Publish It. Somewhere in there, Ms. Biden's lawyer demanded the diary back. ( establishing that it was real, and hers. ) And Ms. Biden's lawyer pushed for prosecution of the "thieves" of her diary. And now there's a major persecution ongoing about stolen property that was given to the police because it might be stolen property and the people that bought it were more concerned about doing the right thing than making money. Feel free to correct my errors. I'd rather be correct than win an argument. ( obviously the reverse of many people involved in this mess ) |

Rat, I support your right to complain and offer alternatives to a broken justice system. More than I do Omar the terrorist supporter who fled to London to avoid any hint of Patriotism, which would anger her religious compatriots in Islam & Marxism. ( the hint being in the land that gave her such freedoms and opportunities, during their celebration of their Revolution against the injustice of... Come to think of it, the King then, where she is living, in London. ) Or as the Queen puts it, Ungrateful Colonials day. I admit I support you more than her because her policies ultimately end in my murder, but that's understandable. Normally I'd urge less straightforward talk about a real life version of The Running Man, which sounds great to me. But it's Ungrateful Colonials day, so I'm being a First Amendment Absolutist more than usual. Also the App would be a money maker. About not Slandering the Court. It's fine to object, opinionate, and condemn. When you Lie to defame, it's literally criminal. Vigilante justice seldom is. But. If we could also hang the pedos on the Hidden List that's guarded more carefully than the nuclear launch codes, alongside the politicians that took an Oath to defend the Constitution and obviously Lied, they'd be fine Halloween decorations by October. As a fan of Huginn & Muninn, I also support the feast the Ravens would enjoy. And I bet there's overlap in the Venn diagram of Lying to Slander rich and Clients on The Hidden List. |
