Still for sale. It has near 70,000 miles on it. It still runs great. It is used, but not messed up. It's new sheen was mine to use up. What the hell, I'm the one who paid $16,000 for it new. So far those who have been here to look at it had just come from looking at Ulys with less than 18,000 miles expecting the same look for $2,000 less. It'll polish up. But I never did it for me, now that I'm less able why would I do it for anyone else? It is what it is. I've done several hundred mile jaunts lately. I'd ride it anywhere if I could. |

Interested in purchasing the tail pad if you would sell separately. Thanks! |

It's for sale. I hate selling my 06 Uly. But it's getting difficult for me to ride. I was out the other day, made 4 stops in 28 miles. When I got back it was nap time. I have a box of new extra parts, owners manual, service manual, promo CD. I will let you know everything I can about it. My price is solid at $3,000. You desire to offer less prepare to be insulted. It is what it is. |

I cannot use my email and a PM won't get to me because it goes to email. Text 865 202 3523. I'll get back asap. NOTE: for those who are into numbers, ie buy a $5000 Uly for $3000 just to flip it for $5000, move on, this is a near 70,000 mile used bike. This is a RIDERS BIKE! It runs and handles well. It looks great from 10 feet. It will take a rider to a great long time experience. Not being perfect, but rather very good, it like a human body, has experience, it has scars, it is living a great life. I cannot stress it enough. If you want the 8,000 mile bike, buy one. I'm tired of otherwise good folks dragging me over the coals trying to imagine my bike being that. I'm starting to think there are some out there who would do a cluster swap to do a magic low mileage resale for big profit. But some scars are not going away. My bike is real. It is what it is. Used with life tracks on it. If not for my faltering health it would never get sold. If it were worth $5,000 that is what I'd be asking for it. I bought it new in 2006 for $15,000. I've ridden it 68,000 + miles. I'm selling it for a fair market price for a great running Uly. So if you want a great running fun bike call me. 865 202 3523 If you want a museum piece move on. If you want to flip it for profit, move on. I've priced it right. |

Damn Vern, sorry to hear/see you're getting out of riding. Hope all is well and you're doing OK. I'll vouch for the bike - I've also chased it for quite a few miles, including Tail of the Dragon, WVBR's, and one or two Homecoming trips by way of the U.P. Vern knows his stuff, and the bike is solid. He's not afraid to ride it, but he takes care of it - it is NOT a "rode hard and put away wet" machine. And his custom-painted, color-matched parts are factory quality as well. This is a good-running, well-maintained, well-farkled motorcycle that's ready for more miles. Oh, and a trip to the Daytona 200 (I was on my S2 that time). DAMN it was cold that trip - what was it that night, like 34 degrees on the infield?? I remember waking a couple times, firing up the bikes and plugging in our heated riding gear just to thaw out, then back to the tents for more shivering and attempted sleep!

Thanks Joe. That was funny, but not! Parked the bike to block the wind so the tents wouldn't blow away. Yeah, out every couple of hours to fire up and plug in the gear. I'd bet the wind chill had temps at 20 or so ! I got really sick by morning. It was great having you and Laird escort me out of town. |

Poof! It's gone. Sad situation, I loved that damn bike. Thank you Erik and all of the elves. I still have Blastulys. So though my Uly has left the building, y'all can't get rid of me! Lol |
