Seems like the muffler pipe does not go far enough into the collector. I also had to really wrestle the muffler to get it to mount too. The exhaust pipe seems to be bent slightly differently so that the location of the header is not fully compatible with the older S3 stainless muffler. There is a slight gap on one side of the collector to exhaust pipe connection where I think it will leak. Does anyone have experience with this? I would really like to use the older stainless muffler on my 99 S3. |
